Ross Fitness was Founded with Kyle Ross' Lifelong Passion for Health, Fitness, and Sports. I have been in the fitness industry since 2004 and honestly can't imagine doing anything else. I started working out regularly in college because I had a very bad confidence problem and something about building muscle and being stronger really spoke to me.
I want to learn more about how I can improve my health and fitness and get the results I want from my fitness and nutrition program. I'm tired of 'spinning my wheels' and going nowhere, and I'm serious about getting results and reclaiming my attractive, healthy, and energetic body once and for all.
Kyle Ross - You have really changed my life in the course of less than a year. Before this journey I was self-conscious of myself, I didn't believe in myself, and had a hard time looking at myself in the mirror. I never thought I'd enjoy waking up and working out early. But having been in the program for a couple of months, I can honestly say that I look forward to our 6AM class every morning!
You can have the body you've always desired. In just 12 weeks you will have less body fat, more muscle tone, and a renewed energy for life-guaranteed! This is not a magic pill. There is work involved, but with your commitment and dedication you will get results. Your results are directly tied to your goals, which is where the S.M.A.R.T acronym comes from.

I've been working with Kyle for about 4 months, and have been very pleased with the results. My primary goal was to regain lost strength due to some injuries related to years of horseback riding. I haven't felt this great in many years! Kyle motivates and encourages but is also attentive to making sure I don't overdo it. He's very knowledgeable about nutrition and training methods, and the gym is well equipped. He's also a great person, very personable and loves to laugh. I never thought working that hard would be so much fun - but Kyle makes it happen.

Kyle creates and amazing environment for training. We train I'm small groups with exercises tailored to each of our goals. Each exercise has different levels depending on your skill level and if you have any outstanding medical issues. I have an issue with lack of mobility in my hip which Kyle has taken the time to personally address on several occasions and I cant thank him enough .
The atmosphere Kyle creates motivates us to to push past out goals. I would not be in the shape I'm in today if I did not join Ross fitness, and that is a fact.

I have been training with Kyle for the last year now and I am incredibly happy with the results. Kyle is unlike any other trainer or coach I have worked with in the past, he is truly personal and provides a custom experience for each of his clients. I have been a lifelong athlete and I am well acquainted with the level of intense training that comes with competing at a college level. After graduating, I was never able to find that challenge in my workouts, nor the aspect of a strong culture that I found by training with my teammates. I’ve been going to Ross fitness for almost 3 years now. I never thought that I would have the drive to get in shape until I met Kyle. When he’s there coaching me I always push myself harder than I ever thought I could. Kyle is a great coach and a great friend. Ross Fitness is a great environment and always has great people there to workout along side you. Although I put the work in myself, the credit also goes to him for teaching me accountability. I am a relatively new comer to Ross Fitness. I have been working out with Coach Kyle for a little over a month and I am already seeing tremendous improvements in balance, strength, and stamina. Kyle and his clients have a way of making everyone feel welcome and Kyle closely monitors the fitness level of each member of his gym family so that workouts provide the maximum benefit without the risk of injury or burnout. Personally, I have lost 10 pounds in a month and several inches but most importantly to me, at 57 years old, I am able to keep up with people half my age!

Excellent overall experience at Ross Fitness. I was looking for a trainer with experience rehabbing athletic injury, in my case ACL reconstruction. I messaged Kyle via his website and got an immediate response. He seemed excited to take on the challenge. Kyle, worked with and around my doctors rehab protocol to come up with fun, innovative and comprehensive workouts that got me back on track. It is obvious that he takes pride in his facility, always extremely clean and he's constantly thinking of ways to improve the space. I would recommend to anyone serious about getting into shape regardless

I am honored to write a review for Ross Fitness. I have known and worked with Kyle for 8 years; he is always current on training, nutrition and technique. The clients at Ross Fitness vary from Division 1 Quarterbacks to middle aged ladies and young adults. He adapts workouts to fit group and individual needs.
The equipment at Ross Fitness is new and clean and the workout routines are challenging as well as adaptive. Kyle knows his clients and continues to push us, week after week as we all grow stronger, so don’t the workouts!

I've been going to see Kyle at Ross Fitness since 2016. I was a collegiate swimmer who was burnt out of working out entirely and put on weight. I had tried every fad diet on the market, and just felt frustrated and hungry. I finally decided to give Ross Fitness a try.
Kyle made the gym fun again, and his personal commitment to my goals helped keep me accountable and motivated. He will support not only your gym goals, but nutrition, health, and overall balance. I started working out with Kyle at Out of the Box Training about a year ago. I had been looking for to replace my prior gym and wanted a place that combined a variety of strength training options, cardio and nutrition support. Ross Fitness has delivered! I have participated in group sessions- both strength training and the metabolic workouts. I feel stronger and have more stamina than I have in years. Kyle keeps the workouts challenging yet manageable so that you can feel successful but you know you had to work for it. He manages to mix it up and change the workouts daily so that we are never bored

Results speak for themselves. I have been training with Kyle for a year and half now, and he has been a big part in molding the person I am today. I am in better shape now at 27 years old then I was when I was in high school and college, and I have more drive and passion for living life than I ever have before. Every day I want to get better, and Kyle helps drive you to perform at your very best - he always knows when/how to push you. There is always another level to the workouts so you will NEVER get bored and you will NEVER conquer a workout, because Kyle knows how to make the workouts more challenging
