AWFUL front desk people. Stay away from this place. I had called to inquire about available units and had the most disgusting experience ever. Her name is Taylor and she is ridiculous and extremely rude. Does not have communication skills. I am not sure how they got hired in the first place if they do not have people skills. Berkshire should look to hire people who actually qualify for their job. VERY ARROGANT. Save yourself some time and look for other apartment complexes. There are plenty on this area. I wish I could give them negative ratings. I have decided NOT to pursue this community purely

Worser customer service. Manager doesn’t help customer unless they are same race. She over charges. DONT MOVE HERE THE MANAGER ASKED FOR EXTRA MONEY TO KEEP $100 dollar’s to resign a CONTRACT NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD THAT AND I BEEN IN THE Business BEFORE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER. She keep $65 applications and she didn’t run credit how would you keep that money ?? BIG 0 starts

I decided to tour Berkshire one morning and luckily Taylor was there & available to show me around! I was eager to move and she worked with me to get my unit leased in under a week! It has all the features I was looking for. I had lots of questions and Taylor was very quick to address any of my concerns throughout the week, whether I stopped by the office in person or via email. The day I got the keys, Kolten was there to help me finalize everything. I had an issue with a door/fob & I called him at the office & he quickly came over to my building to assist. Both Taylor & Kolten are both very helpful

The property manager Jacquelin and some of office staff are not nice. My apartment was not ready the day I was supposed to move in, which messed everything up for me. When I asked to be compensated for the extra day I had to stay at my previous property, they gave me a hard time. When I talk to them, they cut me off and talk over me.
I am very disappointed in the way I was dealt with, so much so that I regret moving here now.
It is ok if the apartments are cheaply built, but you must make up for it by giving excellent customer service, you can’t be bad in both and still charge high rent.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I enjoyed living there when it was the Towers at Spring Creek. This new management company is horrible…I mean HORRIBLE! I am so glad I moved out. I will encourage any person looking to move here to do themselves a favor and look somewhere else. You send emails, no one responds for days. You call and no one answers. No one keeps records of conversations. You pay all that money to live in a place where the carpet has not been cleaned in the year that this new management has taken over. The entrance door near the restaurant of building 8 is broken. This

The management, manager and company are the worst living experience I have had in 39 years. Any new resident should stay away from this property.
Don't pay any mind to this generic form response from them. Nobody has reached out to me in an effort to cure this. All this response from them was just to get some sort of generic reply to a complaint. This is consistent with how they run their property.

I’ve been a resident here for 1 week now and I just have to say that I’ve had an amazing experience so far! These apartments really give you everything you could want for a good price. I feel like these apartments checked off everything i was looking for when apartment hunting. The complex is so quiet and I hardly run into anybody or here any noises. It’s very quiet, I love it. Not to mention, the staff here is more than wonderful and they really care about the residents. My leasing consultant Vivian Ramsey was AMAZING! If you are thinking about coming here ask for Vivian. She was so professional
