I love the virtual yoga classes. Since Covid, I have been regularly attending the virtual Yoga for Every Body Class, taught by Peyton.
Peyton logs in early, so that the virtual user can setup and not worry about connectivity issues. She makes us feel like we are in the studio with her, and it’s a wonderful class. My cat likes it too. Lol.

This place has literally changed my life for the better.
The staff here will ensure that you are welcomed, feel comfortable and are properly educated on what to do to adapt yoga to your personal needs.
I came in with prior foot issues and they worked with me to adapt my yoga practice to help eliminate any further issues.

I went for my first introductory class and it was the first time I've ever done yoga I really enjoyed it and I was interested in becoming a member!
So
After class I went to pay and they offered me one month unlimited for $50 so I did it :)
However in that month we had a blizzard and the roads were closed due to severe ice and snow for an entire week... so I asked for a 1-week extension or at least 5 days and they only gave me a 48-hour extension :(
Then they said if I wanted to sign up for a year I would get 15% off but I don't understand why they think I would sign up for a year when they

I’ve attended multiple “multi” classes taught by different instructors. Every time I felt challenged in a good way and learned something new. The instructors are definitely good. The location and the studio itself are very nice. The only downside I could think of is that the classes are normally really crowded, which means no real hands on help from the instructor. It’s to be expected with big classes though.

Studio Bamboo is the best yoga studio I've found in 8 years of practice. All of the instructors are passionate about teaching proper form and alignment. The only downside is that some of the classes are way too crowded. There is a restorative class on Saturdays that allows 18 people in the room, and it's just way too many people for it to be a comfortable practice. Overall, it's hard to imagine finding a studio that would be better - I just wish they would expand the class offerings so that the classes wouldn't be so crowded.

Studio Bamboo is awesome! The atmosphere, the service, the classes, and the overall experience are second to none. They offer classes for all experience levels and you always feel better when you leave. Go check them out whether you are local and looking for a new studio, or to try out yoga for the first time, or if you're traveling and are looking for the perfect place to keep up your practice on the road!

As a small business owner, I'm always careful about reviewing other local businesses. In this case, however, it's easy to be honest and very enthusiastically positive. I love Studio Bamboo Yoga!
Everything about my experience so far (a little over two months of 2-5 days/week) has been great. The physical space is clean, bright, and soothing, and they have all the mats, blocks, cushions, blankets, etc., that you could ask for. The teachers are knowledgeable, very kind and supportive; each one has shown me something new and different about my practice. Furthermore, being a fair novice at yoga, I

Everyone at Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga is very welcoming to all of its practitioners. Whether you're a yogi or yogini who has been practicing for 30 years or you're coming to try out a beginner class with a Groupon, there is a space for you at Studio Bamboo. Ann, Erica, and all the teachers there love teaching and sharing the joy of yoga with Hampton Roads and beyond. They have a well thought out variety of classes that can cater to many skill levels and abilities. They are at the forefront of adaptive yoga and teacher training. Guest teachers often come for weekend workshops and intensives

As someone totally new to Yoga I found this studio to be the best for me. It offers clean and beautiful surroundings. Everyone is helpful and I never felt at all uncomfortable or intimidated. Instructors will gently correct posture as they walk thru the room and each person is working at their own level. There are many levels and classes to choose from and you can graduate into more difficult areas...or stay where you feel most comfortable. If you want to give Yoga a try this is a great place!
