Services
Dry needling is an intramuscular therapy utilized to treat acute or chronic musculoskeletal, myofascial, or unexplained pain. Dry needling involves inserting a small needle into a sensitive area in the fascia, muscles, or surrounding tissues to achieve immediate and noticeable improvements in pain, range of motion, and your ability to comfortably and functionally move.
Skilled Manual Therapists can make immediate improvements to your range of motion and reduce your pain. Treatments can create greater mobility, gains in strength, and healing responses from the body. Don't be afraid of your pain because pain doesn't always mean there is tissue damage; hurt doesn't always equal harm; at Restorative Therapy Co, we are all about making things pain and threat-free so the patient can do a meaningful movement.
Therapeutic yoga is provided by a licensed physical therapist. Patients benefit from the physicality of therapy while also engaging in restorative and healing yoga postures. One on one individualized care for clients looking to integrate principles of yoga into their wellness care plans. Sessions help clients integrate positive lifestyle changes more effectively into day-to-day routines.
Our Physical Therapists have worked alongside orthopedic surgeons for years making Restorative Therapy Co. the premier location for pre and post-operative care. If you are experiencing chronic pain before or after a surgical procedure, we will focus on your rehabilitation and help you to get back to the daily activities that you are afraid to do avoiding getting injured.
If you answered yes to the questions above, you could benefit from our fall prevention program. Our program increases lower body strength, renews your confidence to continue your everyday activities, and keeps you active which decreases your chances of falling. One of our Physical Therapists can assess your risk factors and provide individualized strength and balance exercises, such as the Otago Exercise Program to decrease your risk of fall.

I am 71 years old and was so happy to find Restorative Therapy. I had my second knee replacement surgery and chose Restorative Therapy for my second knee physical therapy. Here I met Tara and a couple times with Andrew. Both of these therapists are professional and attentive the whole time you are there. I like the fact I was able to work with the same therapist the whole time other than when she went out of town.
They watch you the whole time giving feedback on your progress and best of all forward the exercise online for you to continue at home in between. All my questions were answered clearly

Pregnant with my first, I’d been experiencing back pain into the second trimester. Especially after long walks, it would take a second for me to walk straight. I was torn between seeing a chiropractor vs. seeing a physical therapist. I decided to go with physical therapy, as I trust those at Restorative Therapy Co. Best decision I could have made! My weekend job requires hours on my feet, leaving me with pretty severe back pain. The convenient at home stretches that they provided me with are an absolute GAME CHANGER. Once I do my stretches, I feel like I’ve been realigned and the pain completely

Tara and Andrew are such great physical therapists. This is the best experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many PT businesses. They really take time to heal you and not just mask your issues. Innovative treatment and total body healing is the key. Try them out! You won’t be sorry.

Andrew Lantz provided physical therapy for me following a fall from a ladder that shattered my right scapula (shoulder blade). From the beginning Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. My friends told me that their experiences at other providers of physical therapy were like torture sessions. Not only was Andrew’s therapy not painful, the first half of each session was actually pain relieving as he manipulated my arm. The second part of the sessions, where he had me do various exercises, were just the right challenge level to keep me on a steady path to recovery. I actually

If there is anything enjoyable to be had from physical therapy for a joint replacement this place is it! One on one therapy with your therapist for the entire hour. No interns or multiple patients. Always upbeat and encouraging. Bonus for me is Tara has a specialty in MS (and Parkinson's) and she has helped me with my gait challenges and mobility. And once she fixed my BPPV episode. Way better than when I do the exercise at home. I really can't stress enough how much I appreciate having found this place. And Tara's Chair Yoga classes are great for a gentle workout for my balance and stretching

Everyone at Restorative Therapy Co. is so friendly and helpful! I always leave feeling great and accomplished. I’ve been to a lot of physical therapy over the years, but I’ve never made such great progress as I am now. If you’re looking for a PT office that truly cares about your health, I highly recommend RTC! Especially Tara!

I’ve been working with Becca, Andrew, and the entire staff at Restorative Therapy for over a year now. They are all AMAZING! Always going above and beyond for every single patient, every single time they come in. Direct access PT, especially with this team, is definitely the way to go! You will feel loved and taken care of the moment you walk through the front door. #dreamteam

I went to Andrew Lantz at Restorative Therapy 4 days after my reverse shoulder replacement because I was familiar with incredible job he had done with someone else who had the same surgery. Andrew is a real pro! He knew the exercises and therapies I needed at each point of my rehab. He made sure I did them correctly, and he answered all my questions very patiently. Andrew is just a great guy to work with! I looked forward to every appointment. And best of all, he got me back swinging a golf club in less than 3 months. Totally recommend him!
