I’ve been on so many tours in Navy Yard this week and I happened to stumble upon Parc Riverside and casually walked in. I had no appointment but the leasing team was so accommodating. I went on tour with Octavia, she was amazing and knowledgeable of the area. She was so patient with me and my many questions. The amenities are one of kind. The staff is incredible. The building was well kept and clean. This has been the best experience looking for an apartment.

This property gives the essence of Navy Yard DC. I loved everything about it! I had the pleasure of touring this property last month and fell in love with all of the floor plans and amenities provided to residents. The rooftop and courtyards also provide an amazing experience. The complex was bright, clean and inviting. I had the pleasure of speaking with the property manager Nikki Hayes. The professionalism from Nikki and her staff is top tier. This property ranks high as I look for my new place to call home.

When we first moved into Parc Riverside West, our leasing experience was phenomenal! We had a few noise issues early on that were addressed quickly with no recurrence until the management staff and maintenance teams abruptly quit. With the new management staff, problems are overlooked and swept under the rug. We had reached out several times, to not only the local and regional management, but also to the executive management team. Initially, we had a positive response from the executive team but were sadly let down as follow-up emails and requests for assistance were left unanswered, particularly

I loved the Parc Riverside when I went for a tour. Octavia was very helpful. She showed me a beautiful 2 bedroom that was spacious. I really liked the Amenity spaces and they had a lot of outdoor space that I liked. The staff was very friendly and the building was very clean. The only reason why I didn't rent was because my fiancé wanted to stay in Alexandria where she works. But they get 5 stars from me. Will be back next time we need to lease.

After more than a month and a half of asking for an email reminder about the DC indoor mask mandate (as most residents and staff do not wear masks) and to place signage on the outward-facing doors, we finally got an email reminder (still no signage). I cannot be clear enough here, the management of this building does not care for residents' health and safety. In fact, they do not seem to care about much other than claiming there is nothing they can do. The elevators are still consistently broken down, the community wi-fi in communal spaces is regularly

We’ve lived here for about 5 months and I love it! Since we had our tour with Jamari (she’s the best!), the building has lived up to our expectations. With the new property manager, we get weekly updates about what’s happening in the building, and the team has been very responsive if any issues arise especially with common spaces (parking, elevators etc). So far carpet cleaning and window cleaning have occurred.
Maintenance has also been quick to resolve any issues we’ve had (swapping light bulbs and fixing an issue with the washer). The virtual events have been VERY fun ( Plant Potting

I moved into this apartment November 2020 and in the beginning the service was excellent until the entire management staff quit, as well as the maintenance staff. That should have been my first red flag but at that point it was too late. Good luck getting responses or resolutions from the leasing team or basic requests fulfilled. The elevators break down almost weekly, and most recently my entire rent payment was misplaced. When it was located I was told to wait while the charges are reversed and then to pay it over again. My lease cannot end fast enough!.

Thank you for the feedback. I look forward to seeing the proposed Daily Carpet vacuuming as it has yet be vacuumed in the past 2 months. I also will look forward to the Carpets being properly cleaned by the end of this month, as you have stated.
For the elevators being down, it was actually near 48 hours, not 24. It went down that Friday and wasn't running until Sunday. (second weekend in a row).
But again, one of the Elevators is down as of 7/12 yesterday afternoon, and NO Communication or Courtesy email from Management has been provided. This would be helpful information
