DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!.... I've been a tenant over 6 months and my ac has been non working for 4 of them... I've put in work orders, emailed property management, walked to the office and made dozens of calls . They come for less than 5 minutes say they fixed it and leave. I tell them it's not working and still no response. I finally got a response from Janet who told me my ac was a luxury and they don't HAVE to fix it. I got fed up and contacted a lawyer who explained ac is an amenity they provide (stated in lease) they are no longer providing that amenity so they have broken

I usually don't leave comments but i feel like this is the only way I'll get a response because places don't like to see bad reviews but this apartment need one. Let me start with my move in, the worst move in EVERRRR my apartment was not move in ready and still not, so I've been in my apartment since May 30th and already been to the leasing office 30 times about the same things that was pointed out not only by me but by Natalie, i was told that they will get someone to come out Tuesday morning to finish what needed to be done, because i had nowhere to go i was fine with it

I just moved in about a week ago. The place wasn't move in ready and still is. Everything is breaking down, toilet, dryer, dish washer and the place smells like chemicals and cigarettes. Also, found nails on the carpet when we were told that they had the carpet cleaned. This unit is not safe to live in. We tried using their resident app to get it fixed and no response. Went to the office and was told they can't do anything about it because they're not the manager or give me an update.. why are we paying full rent when half the stuff isn't working? We need to get this issue

I want to start by saying that I debated whether or not to write a review as I know it can affect a person's livelihood. However, I also feel compelled to provide others with details regarding my experience of living at this property so that they may make an informed decision. Throughout the application process for this apartment, communication with management was very poor. I had to remain dutiful in contacting the office to ensure that paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I've lived here for about 1 in a half now. And since new management came through. There's been a lot of complains about how our balcony or patio should look. We aren't allow to have any type of grills anymore. They keep adding in new rules and it's just making it hard to live here anymore. My balcony is organized, but according to them it's filthy. Just because I have a few recycles in a bag for a week. They're complaining. I recycle at the end of every Saturday, but they're trippen off that. Honestly the unit is nice and all. But the surrounding is terrible.

I have lived here for around 6 months now and have really had great experience! The staff is super helpful and want to assist the residents however they can, you just have to call and ask them and they are very good at answering promptly! We had to get our lease taken over and they were so helpful and kept us up to date in every step! They were very Covid conscious and we really appreciated that!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate this complex, staff is rude and condescending especially Natalie. They never call back, they're terrible at fixing things in the apartment. Even urgent request somehow get overlooked and never fixed. All they do is make excuses. I never receive a call back from the manager Colby Silva when asked to speak to her she's always busy or unavailable. Worst staff I've ever dealt with in my 36 years of life. Don't move here. They are terrible.

AWFUL!!!! God, I wish I could give a negative score!! I don't even know where to begin with this vile establishment. The physical apartment was decent but everything else was terrible. The management was by far the worst - Leanne, Janette and Annette worked in the leasing office and were some of the WORST management staff I have ever encountered. SO unorganized, missing files and they even lost my money order and denied it. The neighborhood is bad, mine and my roommates cars were broken into. I have so much to say about this place but will make it nice and brief. This is the WORST place you could possibly live at. I lived here for 3 years and can't even believe I lasted that long. Let's start off by mentioning that the area is god awful, cars get broken into left and right, homeless people roaming around the complex without a care in the world, unsupervised kids running and screaming like it's their outdoor daycare, and tenants parking wherever they please not respecting assigned spots. I recently stopped by The Creek @ 2645 in my search for a new residence. The apartments are located less than a mile away from the highway, a grocery store, and several great parks. I was greeted by Natalie who was extremely charming and informative about their apartments. The Aspen Creek floorplan seems favorable to me. Looking forward to scheduling a tour soon.
