I've lived in many apartments and rentals in the past decade and have dealt with many landlords, and Heritage Place and its owner Mike is hands down the best landlord I have ever had.
That one-star review is unfathomable to me. You have to ask if that former tenant has some sort of axe to grind. I've never heard a single complaint from any of my neighbors and I"m glad he no longer lives here.
Mike strives to keep the complex safe for his tenants. If there's a car that doesn't belong in the parking lot, I don't want it there either.
He upfront, reasonable and no-nonsense, which I greatly appreciate

A huge selling point to this complex are the grounds, they are beautiful and well kept. Another great thing is the landlord Mike.
Mike is a phenomenal landlord, he really prioritizes keeping his tenants safe and having everything in working order. Once my refrigerator went out at 11 PM and Mike was available to swap it out for another unit so I didn't lose any food!

The Land lord has terrible communication skills, especially when it came to my end of least date. I paid all 12 months in perfect standing and in some cases a week prior, plus agreed to pay for a fan in my apartment upon moving in, that was a safety issue. Now check this one out. Water started leaking from the Ceiling and wrecked there cheap lam flooring 6 days prior to me moving out. I did the responsible action and informed the land lord of the damage and was nice enough to move out a few days earlier for him to take care of the situation before the new tenant moved in. Obviously, me being more
