I was a resident at Holleman Crossing for a year (2020 - 2021) and would like to post my experience during my stay at this premise. I had a very happy and peaceful stay at my 2Bed-2Bath apartment and especially during the COVID pandemic. I had not used any of the common amenities at the apartment premises, mainly due to the pandemic. I found the apartment to be quite spacious and comfortable to live in. The service requests raised for any issues within the apartment were handled as soon as possible during my stay. The office would always follow up and confirm if the service request addressed the

I’ve lived here for the past 2.5 years and I’m so glad I found this place.
Pros:
Everything. It’s the perfect place to live. New and clean rooms, super quiet complex, plenty of parking, great prices, and Leslie and Paula are knowledgable, friendly, accommodating, and responsive, and they always go above and beyond in helping us residents! There’s a cool and clean clubhouse and pool, it’s located in a great neighborhood of 3 apartment complexes you can take nice walks around, and all apartment units have fully furnished units with modern kitchens and appliances. It’s a great location

I looked all over College Station for a one bedroom apartment, and am so glad that I chose Holleman Crossing. The unit was very comfortable and a good size. The facilities were always clean. I felt very safe, as the community is mostly older students and families. Management was always very friendly and helpful. They were super nice about answering any questions and really care about residents. This is a quiet complex that is in a great location. I would highly recommend living at Holleman Crossing, and would definitely live here next year if I hadn't graduated.

I lived at Holleman Crossing for the full 2 years of my masters program so you can trust my review.
Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it was solved almost immediately. The maintenance is also cordial and very professional.
The front desk go out of their way to learn your name and are very respectful, friendly and helpful.
I will miss them. Leslie, Tim, etc
Paula the manager is very responsive and also professional and a nice lady.
I personally had no issues living there and would unreservedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the College Station/Bryan area
