The walls are not sound-proof and there's usually too much noise, especially since our apartment is near the lounge. The lounge does not have a time limit and people play pool and loud music sometimes up to 3 AM even on weeknights. We have communicated this with the management multiple times but they have failed to take meaningful action despite the promises they have made.

The team at Caprock Crossing went out of their way to help me move in on super short notice after a bad situation with another complex. I've lived here about 5 months now and have really enjoyed it! Great amenities, beautiful appliances, and an amazing area where I can walk to Pilates class or Rx pizza. My only "complaints" would be more like wish list items, it would be nice to have call boxes for friends or deliveries, online access to room scheduling. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

My fiance and I moved in recently and immediately felt at home! It was especially nice during this winter storm to have heated hallways to run into when it was snowing! All of the girls in the office are always so sweet and helpful. We love the coffee machine in the office and can't wait till summer so we can start taking advantage of the pool!

Kayla was absolutely amazing! She is one of the main reasons we decided to sign with them. She was attentive, welcoming, and patient. We never felt rushed or forced to make a decision. We went to a lot of other apartments and she was the only one that made us feel like we were at home! I will be telling everyone I know if they are looking to come to here because of her! Thanks so much again, can’t wait for our move in date!
