The Junction at College Station is an all-new student housing complex with luxury cottage and townhome apartments in College Station, TX. We offer resort-style amenities for students of Texas A&M and are located southeast of the TAMU campus off of Holleman Drive and Harvey Mitchell Parkway. We offer three to five bedrooms apartments and each bedroom comes with a private bathroom.
Amenities include a 24-hour clubhouse with fully equipped weight and cardio rooms, lagoon-style pool with outdoor cabanas, grill stations, and firepits. We also have sand volleyball pits and a pet washing station. Come check out our College Station apartments!

This place is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. To start the parking here is horrendous on any day that ends in y. The gated community claim was entirely false considering that the gate was “malfunctioning” from July to early December. The palm trees around the property all are dead. The gym is the size of a tuna can and is only useable if you have the sleep schedule of an owl. The model home also has ceiling fans where the other apartments have none. The apartment complex does not allow grilling due to “grills on property” yet when you attempt to use the grills on property there’s an apparent

I’ve lived here for about a year now and I’ve renewed my lease for another year. I’ve had no problems here at all and have received nothing short of great service from all the staff here at the Junction! I came in without any roommates and the staff made sure I got matched with people that fit my interests, and now those roommates are some of my best friends! I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff at The Junction. The people that work here like Austin, have a genuine passion for their job and are really there to help you out. Their service is something that is definitely unmatched by

2020 has been rough of many who couldn't leave the country due to covid. ive asked managment to help me out and allow me to have a couple days of early move in and with a cold heart was denyed. keep in mind ive been charge 720 for August the 1st already and still cant move in till August 18. i find this very insensitive. Beutiful place but with a cold heart within mangement :)

Great place except the move out charges. I made a move out appointment and they "forgot" about it. If you make a move out appointment, you can protest any damage/repainting charges, but since they conveniently "forgot" about my appointment, they can charge me whatever I want and I can't protest their BS charges.
Got charged $200 after leaving a perfect room, absolutely ridiculous ran by a bunch of clowns.

These facilities are so nice and well taken care of. I went to play volleyball with some friends and was so impressed with how clean everything was, especially in the summer when we like to make a mess of things. They also have awesome game rooms with TVs, pool tables, and other forms of entertainment to just hangout with friends! The pool area is also HUGE, and super fun for grilling and hanging out. Love the Junction!
