I would recommend not staying in The Zone unless itās your final resort. Upon moving in my roommate discovered his room was infested with fleas, the entire kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces were filthy. Although, they did respond quickly the flea situation they came back- despite us having no pets. The zone did respond quickly once again, and havenāt seen them since, but it is unacceptable to move tenants in a flea infested apartment. Furthermore, my unit was covered in water, from a fire two floors above (sprinkler system). They promised to get rid of the water that night, however it sat

Iāve lived at a few different apartments over the past few years and this has been the best experience. The maintenance guys are super quick and seem like they really care and the office staff are all so nice. They always ask me how Iām doing and seem to care about my living experience. Definitely not the newest apartments and not luxury living by any means but everything is well taken care of and you get good value for your money. Also canāt beat the pool.

Horrible Living experience. The room smells on the first day I moved in. The carpet in the bedroom was full of dog hairs! That's probably the reason for the smell. Clearly last resident did not clean the carpet, neither did their crew. The building is VERY old. It's kinda old that you can't even clean it up! All the furniture are super old as well, especially for the stuff in the bathroom. The doors on the cabinet in the bathroom and kitchen is falling off. I reported for repair but I never see them showing up before I leave there. The oven was dirty the on the first day. No one bothered cleaning

LOVE The Zone! Over the last year, there has been lots of changes including staff, for the better! The newest office staff is soo nice and always gets back to me when the old team would say they would ask the manager and never contact me. They were rude and always seemed to busy to answer my questions. The manager is busy, but always gets back or has someone get back to me. Monique is the sweetest and very understanding. My apartment isn't perfect but management never told me it would be and if I ever have an issue the maintenance team is quick to respond. The new staff is polite, quick and funny

Parents DO NOT send your college kids here!! I read the negative reviews and positive. Turned out the positive are several employees. My son lived here for two weeks august 2020 and asked to cancel his lease. He moved back home because covid moved all classes to virtual. They refused so he paid everything owed. His roommate also moved out in December. They continues to charge for utilities which he paid. Then today almost a year later they send a bill for cleaning the appartment and final utility bills. $275 and Since no one has lived there in over 6 months I find that odd. Once you sign the lease

By god the worst student housing in college station. not only is it a nightmare to live there, but also for their employees. Horizon management is extremely unprofessional, and sweeps things under the rug like nothing happened. one thing i learned from working there is that the company is all about money, and to simply not trust the team (specifically PROPERTY MANAGER and ACCOUNT MANAGER). If at all possible, STAY AWAY FROM THE ZONE, very very problematic place for college students. save your money, it is not worth the extreme rates for what that place has to offer, and go somewhere else.

Cheap price, but rates recently increased. The outside looks great, but the interior not so much. I paid a move in fee that was supposed to cover a cleaning cost, but I arrived and my room was full of hair shavings, dog hair in every drawer, and gross liquid marks on the restroom walls. Our stove and dishwasher are pretty low quality, the floorboards are all kind of loose. They haven't fixed the printer and it has been 6 months since it stopped working. The gates haven't worked at all in like a year, and they don't really do much about noise levels. On top of that, even when the mask policy was

I urge you, DO NOT move here. Everything seems nice and glamorous when you sign. Almost immediately after I did I started to get scammed by the office staff. My vehicle was damaged by them and 5 months later they still deny it regardless of the video evidence, and the billing cycle is incorrectly executed. They charge 2 months behind, and don't charge you individually by what YOU use. They charge by how much the entire building uses, regardless of having meters for each apartment.
