I move out of here in less than a month, so I honestly don’t care at this point how they feel about this review. Do not move into this complex at all (even if you feel like it’s your best option- please look elsewhere). I have been in my room for 2 years straight as of this August. Around last year I started having problems with my floor and wall… getting wet and soaked when it rained. Now this is a consistent issue every time it rains! Maintenance always tells me they are going to do something about it, but guess what?? THEY DO NOT. I am so sick and tired of seeing mold and

Really nice apartment complex all in all, especially for the price. The staff is always really helpful and even offered to put in a charger for my electric car! My only issue is that there seem to be bugs getting into my apartment, even though it is sprayed and the windows and doors are always closed. But the staff is always very helpful and offers to spray every week! Overall I would definitely recommend this complex for affordable living without sacrificing amenities.

This is our first year living here. Moving in was a little difficult because there were a lot of things wrong within our apartment but so far everyone has been really attentive to help get everything fixed that could be fixed. I love all the fun events they plan on the calendars for the residents! Great workout facilities that I use every day too!

Move in day was extremely easy despite the weather. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. I have great contact the entire time with the office people. Receiving mail and packages is extremely easy and I love that there is a bus that passes right in front to take you to A&M (bus 35). I absolutely love it here !

Enjoying the atmosphere. The 4x4 units are really cool. They updated their kitchen stuff. Pretty cool. Community is pretty cool, I have enjoyed playing ball and meeting people around me. Everything for the most part is good. Issues involving maintenance is solved usually in a day or two, so that’s actually really cool. Staff been respectful and pretty cool. The only problem I did have were bugs, but there’s literally worst places in cstat lol. Also the exterminator comes on Fridays when requested. Also price is good for 4x4s compared to other places, especially with everything that is included

Made tons of promises at move and showed a totally different floor plan than what we were given. Apartments were supposed to be remodeled/upgraded. A year later and little to nothing has been done. Move out fees/charges are RIDICULOUS! Would not recommend this complex to anyone!! And don’t get me started on visitor parking and the not so helpful management.

Totally disappointed in this apartment complex. This past week I have watched so many people give and help others in time of need. Many people didn’t have electricity and/or water and this complex did most of the time. Many students invited friends over to stay or get a warm therefore guest parking ran out. There were plenty of other spots available but this complex had vehicles towed 20 minutes away with a fee of $300. Seriously? I can see on game day this happing but during the tragedy of last week?

Do Not rent here unless you want to be billed unsubstantiated charges after move out! My daughter moved out in July and received a bill for de-flea treatment and carpet damage. She did not have fleas or carpet damage other than what she already reported on her move in sheet. Neither her nor her room mate even owned a pet! We disputed the charges… by email and phone and never received a response. We didn’t hear one other word from them until Christmas when she get a bill from a collection agency! Just talked to them again and they still are unwilling to provide proof for these charges

ATTENTION PARENTS: Very disappointed in management. Not helpful. Very rude! Watch out...you will get charged for everything!!! We were in line at 9:54 6ft apart with our masks on in the sun to checkout at the 10 deadline. By the time we got up to turn our keys in they said we were late and charged us $50. Really?! This and the fact that… maintenance came in 3 times without letting my daughter know in advance. Once while she was still in bed at 8am. Did nothing about the hit and run in the parking lot!!! I could go on!! Just DON’T PUT YOUR KID HERE if you are not close to help them

On move out day I was in line at 9:54am waiting outside in the heat… to turn in my keys and paperwork. Move out time was 10am and while I was standing in line a worker came out and told everyone in line that we were all “late” and will be charged a $50 late fee. My parents and I tried

If I could give zero stars I would. I lived here for one year and management was not responsive. My car was hit at night and they would not let me access the cameras to check to see who did it.
The unit above me leaked and the upstairs neighbor contacted me to tell me, BUT management did not disclose that my room had water damage.

If I could give it zero stars I would. From the moment I moved in, it was nothing but horrible customer service and false advertising. They refused to let me move in early because they were quote "getting the place perfect for me" and yet when I moved in, the place was dirty and missing ceiling fans and lights (that I had to wait WEEKS for them to… even put in and numerous encounters with their front office staff reminding them that I was going without). Other students didn't even have AC so don't except your apartment to be "move-in" ready when your actual move-in day is. The appliances
