The service is very slow ,when it's a emergency like our dishwasher was broken it had water damage and we had to wait 6-7 months to get it fixed

I walked in to the apartment and I saw everything was HORRIBLE, I went back and I told them to give my money back that I was snot going to stay a single night there. If yall don't return my money I will sue.

I recently moved in and I was pleased by Christine. She helped me so much with anything and every question I have. I highly recommend these apartments. I never left a review for anyone but I had to leave one because I was pleased.

The office staff of country villa, Mrs Christine and the other office lady I forgot her name, sorry. helped me out so much in a desperate time of need. they helped me get my apartment right away and were very quick and the process was smooth.

I love it here.. management is very nice and friendly.. I also love that they allow me to have my boxer dog.. nice neighbors and atmosphere.. I can’t wait to renew my lease ❤️

I will be living at County Villa Apts for 6 years come this July. They have changed Management several times. And some of them were not good Choices. But right now Management is Great. My A/C went down and with one call they had it fixed. Staff is always pleasant and Helpful. In the near future I will leave to buy a house....but will always recommend County Villa as a great place to live.

What a joke this place is, old and run down and never can get anything fixed, I had a hole in my shower for over a year that they wouldn't fix. Moved out and within one month had the collections company calling without ever having received a bill. What the hell?, went straight to collections. Would not recommend living here or any other properties owned by these people.
