Debbie Lopez and Maria in the leasing office are AMAZING and so passionate for what they are doing! I was impress by their professionalism the way they were introduce to me. One of the neighbors broke my side mirror and I’ve spent a month and a half calling the office manager to get the dispute resolved. One of my neighbors submitted a written letter explaining she witnessed the event but nothing has been done until now. I’ve spoke to several residents and they’re all very unhappy with management and how they’re letting the apartment complex run down. People are breaking in, the gate doesn’t work most of the time, car parts are getting stolen or broken off, the hallways are extremely dirty, the lamps are falling off, there aren’t resident events anymore

Debbie Lopez in the leasing office is AMAZING and so compassionate! I was overcharged by mistake when I moved out last month and received a bill from the apartment complex. Debbie was able to track the mistakes in their system and correct the issue the same day! I was fully prepared to have to fight my way through this and Debbie helped me so much by just taking a human and logical approach to our conversation. The front office are very great; so very helpful & answer any questions or concerns you may have, so far so great living here. They are on point with their work orders, & make sure it all gets taken care of in a timely manner & made sure its done right the first time. We had some problems with washer/dryer & they made sure to come in and fix it all within the next day, very great job ladies & to the maintenance men as well for doing things in a timely manner, & quick & mess-free! Thank you!

Dalian Monterey Village was the first place me and my wife moved into together. From the beginning all of the associates were super kind and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. This is a super friendly apartment complex for military. Also it is one of the nicest apartment complexs I've been to in the San Antonio area. Checking out with super easy and the associates Deborah and Sabrina really helped me go through the proper steps to ensure I wouldn't be overcharged. Everyone here goes above and beyond for you and the apartment complex is second to none. 100% recommend! Sad

I am sharing this only because my work truck was stolen twice in one week about 2 weeks ago. I have had no problems with the office staff or maintenance, I should have read the reviews before I moved in. Not sure if it was because of the gate being broken at the time but it hadn’t been fixed in a while until now, even at that it still messes up. But now I’m faced with work issues because of this incident and I know there’s nothing this complex or the owners can do about, it’s either someone living here that’s doing the crimes or since the gates hardly work people are able to come in and

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This apartment complex is a joke!!! The pool area/ main office is the only place on the complex that they keep up with. The buildings are full of trash/ stains from the complex not keeping up with walk thru checks that they are supposed to do WEEKLY as I was told by the property manger Amanda. They do NOT do their walk thru’s for… the buildings. The main gate is ALWAYS broken. Amanda says they have to wait for “parts” mhmm sure over 2 months? That’s ridiculous! What is the purpose of having a gate if it doesn’t work??? Stupid. So no this apartment

Hands down the worse move-in experience of my life.
I’m military personnel and had a short notice assignment to this area. I wished I would have taken more time to look at the multiple poor reviews of this apartment. I took my chances, but I’m writing this to tell ALL REVIEWERS TO SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Approximately a week prior to moving in, I was escorted to a gorgeous model unit. Everything lined up to what I need as far as rent, location, and “luxury” living. Fast forward one week— I was told I had 15 minutes to sign a lease on a unit that was not the one I originally

The Office staff are very rude and Condenseding. They feel that residents don't have the mental capabilities of using the Ammenities. All Ammenities are to be accessed by Key FOBs which is understandable for safety reasons and to prevent trespassing and freeloading. However, I do not understand why residents have to be babysat and controlled over… services included in their rent. On Labor Day the website stated that the office was open and a sign outside the Fitness Center stated that the amenity was open...Both were closed. NO SIGN STATING THEY WERE CLOSED. Very disappointed in this form

I moved in the last week of May and I decided to give it a few weeks before writing a review. Overall, the complex is relatively quiet and the front office staff treat you well. However, when it comes to property upkeep and maintenance, more work is definitely needed.
Pros: friendly community, welcoming office staff, parking is still available at night, quiet community except for loud cars every now and then off Ingram Rd.

Such a quiet and friendly environment never have a had a complaint about anyone Here. I have somewhat loud upstair neighbors, but thats normal and comes with living in an apartment complex. So far it seems like a safe place to live. It needs a little work on keeping the complex clean such as the power washing the halls and side walks and keeping… trash off the floors. There are times in the morning when I leave for work that I have to swerve around trash bags that are left in the middl of the street. There has been a few times when our trash isn't picked up on certain days I would like to

This place is a joke. Nothing ever gets tend to and there are bugs everywhere in my apartment. My rent is due every first of the month but they haven't send any bills for me to see my balance and whenever I call in they never pick up and when I do call in about my bill not coming in, they don't even care. They still charge me a a late fee of $85. Not only that but my garage hasn't been working and seems to open automatically by itself so my car was actually broken into.

Wow! Came in today with a friend who’s interested in Dalian. David greeted us and he made us feel so welcomed! He’s very professional and super friendly! I still have a lease with another apartment complex but he still tried to help me get in the system for when my lease is up! I had a really great experience today

I've posted the following comments through several channels, have asked to be contacted at the end of each instance, and I have yet to receive a response. It has been over a week, further fueling my dissatisfaction... I am a current resident highly dissatisfied with my renting experience at Dalian Monterrey as of late. I've been charged a renter… insurance violation fee for several months. I'd never been contacted by any means about said violation fee or how to be in compliance and the fee continued to be collected until I finally noticed it was being added on to my rent for several months

My experience here started out great with the original staff in the leasing office. Ever since they changed the staff you can’t reach anyone on the phone in the office no matter the time. The crazy ant problem is getting out of control, the maintenance department does well which is why there’s as many stars as there are. I’ve noticed the quality of… tenants going down and the gates are always broken, which has led to a rash of vandalism and burglary of cars. The parking situation is a nightmare and when inquiring about what they plan to do about it the office personnel
