This apartment is the best place to live affordable, nice apartment layout everything is just wonderful. Don’t even get me start on management Pricilla is so wonderful and she really care for her residents and making it a home and a save place to stay. If your looking for apartments I will 1000% recommend these apartments you will love it.

I moved in 9/20 under different management co.
A new management co. (Arbor Properties) took over soon afterwards. They have been Terrific !
The new Manager, Pricilla is truly awesome at her job !! I can’t say enough. She’s always letting us know of what’s going on around the property, very informative, she truly cares ! The maintenance is awesome as well ! Very prompt and reliable. They don’t put a bandaid on it the problem, they solve it. I would highly recommend living here if your looking for a great apartment with excellent management !!

The complex manager gave us incorrect information about obtaining the interior paint color when we repainted a room at move-out, and then charged us $250 for it. We were also charged for carpet cleaning, which hasn’t happened from any other complex I’ve lived in. Move-in was a disaster, but that was the prior management. It was a decent place while we were there, but the move-out experience wrecked it.

This has been the best place I've lived in years. Implicitly Management and staff are awesome!! Pierre and Ginger are 2 of the most caring and understanding peolpe I've come across in this industry!! If you are looking for a nice apartment home in a beautiful community with friendly neighbors and lots of furry friends, Carmel Canyons is the place you need to be!! Many blessings!! Much love!!

The new management team is awesome! There had been some problems that previous management had not taken care of but Ginger and the new staff have done a great job in changing that. The property is looking better and better each day. They take care of maintenance requests, big or small, very promptly and everyone is so friendly and professional. I really appreciate that they’re trying really hard to make this property feel like a home I’d like to live at for a long time.

The lady in the office is very rude. I have been reporting issues with my air every month. It takes forever for them to come and fix it. The last time I put in a work order was on a Sunday in August and they didn't come to fix it until that Thursday and its gone out again. We pay too much rent to be treated this way. I can not wait until my lease is over.

Two weeks of 90% weather and an elderly woman + NO AIR CONDITIONING! Took a week to send someone to look at it! Second week a part is on order.

Gorgeous property with a green belt in the back (a great place to run or walk the dog)!! It’s in suuuper close walking distance to all sorts of businesses...coffee shops, restaurants and tons of other useful places!!
The staff is AWESOME!! And, if all of that wasn’t enough, they have a candy bar and a refrigerator stocked full of FREE candy, snacks and drinks!! Oh, and coffee!!
The business center and gym are great too! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

5 Stars for Carmel Canyon • Having shopped all over San Antonio, you could not beat the price, location, amenities, and cleanliness of Carmel Canyon. The smaller number of buildings means the maintenance staff is ON IT. The office staff are very informative and friendly - which was a major seller for us because so many other complexes wanted your money, were a hassle, and rude. Highly recommend Carmel Canyon even if you have to get on the waiting list. It'll be worth it.

Love how close the shopping centers, restaurants and gas stations. It is small and quiet complex.

Great new management team have been here for about a year now. Property is always clean new manager Ashley and front office Chris are always very nice and helpful. I stopped by this weekend to pick up a package there was a lady named Monica there who was also very nice maintenance are always on the go with new projects only con wish there was a dog park.

I have been a resident at Carmel Canyon for over 3years. Over my time spent I have seen A LOT of people come and go and witnessed multiple ups and downs with the cleanliness of grounds and breezeways, pool turning swamp green, never any pet stations bags in the designated areas and ECT... Until a few months ago I have seen MAJOR improvements man my breezeway looks remarkable, the pool is so blue you can see your reflection off of it. I finally met with the property manager Miss. Ashley all I can say is WOW she is so full of life. Mr. Wes so nice helped me with my groceries the customer service

So this apartment was great during my stay and the management was great. They were professional and I left them on good terms. A year later I got a surprise in my email inbox that I owed them money even though I was never informed. I was angry and quick to judge that they were thieves trying to steal my money. I went ahead and contacted their corporate office and they looked into it further and resolved the problem to my surprise. This apartment has had so many staff replacements since I left a year ago so it's hard now for me to say how

I moved here in Apr. I haven't been able to login to see my account bill. I spoke to several employees about this issue. "Several" mind you because they can't find a employee who want to stay. This most recent time Ashley property manager tells me "um, you going your going to have to call rentcafe yourself. They going to ask you questions." So I… call they just ask what's they apartments name, what the apt number, and my name. So I had to do someone else's job. to find out it is still on Carmel Canyon to fix the issue. i ask to speak to the regional manager to make a complaint. No help there

We love this place! It is cozy and quiet. We love that the walking trail is connected to the complex. The price is amazing for location and amount of space. Experience with front office has been a positive one. The manager is almost always available which has been a problem for us at other places. We knew from our move-in packet that she cares about her residents. It was our first time receiving a move-in gift! The maintenance people are friendly, polite, and quick to respond to our needs. We recommend this property for apartment living.

Having shopped all over San Antonio I encountered buildings where the upkeep was lacking that charged hundreds more than Carmel Canyon. These apartments are close to everything but with the privacy and quietness you'd want...perfect for families. The pool, fitness center, walking track were major selling points. But to be honest, what tipped the scale for me was the friendly staff. No joke. After having walked into the offices of some super rude, money grubbing

Im a successful businessman from NY, who owns many properties, My son and his family rent here..all I can say is stay away...Manangment is incompetent..ownership is obviously disconnected.. Its really an overpriced dump!!! Dirty, all sorts of sewer problems, if anyone visits and doesn't have a pass they risk being towed.. Not good at all.

There is nothing "resort-style" or "luxury" about this place. The sinks are shallow and don't have a spray nozzle, if you get home after 7 or 8 you will likely not find parking. Definitely not worth paying in the $900s. Choose one of the other apartments in the area and pay a little more...you won't regret it.

This is the place I recommend all of my friends to live at. No other place like it. It is extremely clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely worth your money. The closets are huge and the apartment is incredibly spacious.

We only lived at Carmel Canyon for about 4 months but we really liked our Apartment !! Very reasonable price for that area of town !!! We were in a unit that faced the Greenbelt and Walking trail ...a beautiful view in a Secured Community !! We loved the relaxing setting where the Pool is too ...all in all a Great place to live and play :-)

Impressive!!! Carmel Canyon is a beautiful and quiet community,perfectly located near shopping, dining and major parks; The welcoming and helpful staff made my decision to live here a great one thus far.
