I love it here. They got me in at last minute to a clean apartment that is gorgeous. Any repairs I needed were done by at lease 2 business days. They are very nice at the leasing office and very understanding and apologetic. They are very strict with their rules to keep this community clean. Thank you for having me.

I went in for information on a apartment and let me start off by saying the staff here are very unprofessional. They are unwelcoming and have no customer service. I asked to speak to the manager who they stated was Michelle. I wanted to inform her of my experience and she refused to come speak to me. Now I see why her staff are unprofessional. They are being managed by a manager like her. Don’t rent here. I wouldn’t recommend it. If they treat potential customers like this I can just imagine how they treat there tenants.

I lived here for 2 years. My rent was always paid on time even throughout covid hardships that we all faced from a time or 2. As a result of moving out I had used paint issued by the complex to touch up damages myself. After several months of not living here I receive a letter from a collection agency stating damages to my apartment resulting in a $295 charge. I would like to take time to review Legacy Flats Apartments. I honestly don't ever do reviews unless I feel it's necessary either negative or positive. In this case I for sure had a positive experience. I dealt with the most friendliest office staff, during my search I had gone into Apartments and I was treated like I did not even exist. At Legacy Flats I was greeted with a warm welcome from the entire office. Most importantly leasing personnel gave me information about the property, very knowledgeable agents, gave me a tour and fell in love with the property.

Nice apartments location is great floor plans are nice the pool is beautiful and the dog park is awesome but the management and maintenance team are AWFUL. My sink has been clogged for 4 days and they still haven't came to fix it. My fridge got switched out 3 times and they told me I have to pay for it if something goes wrong which it wasn't my fault it was not working correctly in the first place. I ran into these people checking out the pool before they moved in and she had told me she had to call corporate due to the poor staff and all he troubles trying to move in. I wasn't shocked

This has been the worse move in experience ever! I was moved into a non ready apartment, fixtures and paint jobs were not complete, there was a birds nest with its droppings in the balcony not power washed. After 2 days my apartment was still not cleaned and I walked in to dirt all over the floor as well as stains, Even the mirror ledge was just glued together. To top it off the assistant manger is beyond rude and very defensive. I am so sad because I was so excited to move in. Those pictures are just a few there is more.

This was hard for me to have to do, I hate leaving reviews like this. First, pool area has never looked like what it did in the pictures, literally everything is falling apart, bbq pits are trashed out to the max to where it's disgusting to open, oh and the water does not even run to the sink! All the equipment is missing the canopies and the long chairs are broken on more then half of them! Landscaping is horrible trash everywhere, I just had family out here and was completely embarrassed to be here and say I live here, but hey we did all get notices of being charged $200 if trash is left

I put down an application and deposit first week of March. Next day, I am called by management that they sold my unit, they have yet to reimburse me for their mix up. I understand I will not be getting back the $50 for application fees but The Legacy Flat management has lied about me getting my $100 deposit back. It's not mid April and I still don't have my deposit. They are not reliable, they only care about money.

1. The old office staff was big on communication with their residents. We even had a resident portal where people could post and ask questions. Super helpful. That's all gone. Nice apartments, good amenities, friendly and helpful maintenance men, BUT................ Lady manager in office has a resting beep face 24/7. She's absolutely miserable and it shows in her horrible attitude! You can't even ask her a single question without her responding in a beep way! Put her out of her misery and let her GO! These apartments are aesthetically pleasant, considering the complex is relatively new, however be weary when you leave after finishing out your lease. I spent hours and hours cleaning my apartment, just to see a bill for $420 for egregious cleaning and repair fees. If you're a college student and/or don't have the funds to cough up that kind of money, I do not recommend this place. Several times this month I either cannot get in or out of my garage because moving trucks block it for hours . You cannot find them or they just refuse to move yet. Sometimes it is just a service truck for a few minutes like it does not matter if I am late for work. A lot of military live here and it is a special problem when they cannot get out of their garage. Legacy can't seem to post signs or encourage new movers not to block their neighbors garages.
