I wish there was a way to give negative starts because this place doesn’t even deserve one. When COvID-19 hit I came up to Wilmington to spend time with my family for the “two week curve.” My parents at the time were residing in Grandview Luxury (which is a word that should be stripped from the title) apartments. I spent many months staying with my parents on and off during lockdown, and what an extremely poorly executed job on these buildings. The builder should be ashamed to charge the amount they do for such poor craftsmanship. You can literally hear when another person flushes their toilet

Awful, poorly constructed building where you literally hear everything. Poorly, laid out floor plans with a lot of wasted space. They market a 3 bedroom unit of which 2 of the 3 units don't have windows. The only floor you should even consider is the 4th floor however, be prepared to have all your patio furniture rained on because every balcony in the building is covered unless you're on the 4th floor then you get a pergola. Just awful!

I have driven by this complex multiple times throughout my many years in Wilmington and always thought it was one of the most visually appealing apartment buildings in the city. Not only is the location extremely desirable because of the gorgeous view, but the convenience to shops and restaurants puts it above and beyond. I stopped in to take a look at the inside and was greeted by an amazing and very kind staff. I would highly recommend this place to live.

Living at Grand View has been a great experience. We previously lived on Wrightsville Beach, but decided to sell and came here immediately to find an apartment. Charlie were amazing in helping us find the right apartment and we couldn't be happier. The location is great. The grounds, pool, and fitness area are kept clean and very attractive. Wonderful areas to walk all around us. We really appreciate the great staff. Larry in maintenance, Pat in security, and Charlie and Sadie in the office handle our every need and make this a great community in which to reside. We plan on being here for many

I moved off of the island, and found the Sweet Spot! Location is everything. All the accessibility, without the hassle of the getting caught by the drawbridge. Staff is the sweetest. They are responsive and compassionate to the needs of their residents. The community itself is also made up an eclectic group of awesome people! Couldn’t be happier to be a Grand View guy! 👌🏾

Toured the facility earlier this week. The unit I was shown was absolutely beautiful and the complex offers a plethora of wonderful amenities. I will say the best part of my experience was the staff. Everyone I've come into contact with has been overwhelmingly positive and helpful, with the ability to answer any and all of my questions thoroughly and confidently. I am highly considering this housing option in the new rental year!

This is a lovely apartment complex, and I've enjoyed staying there occasionally as a relative's guest. However, on both visits, I had unpleasant and upsetting interactions with your security/parking guard woman. She is rude, abrupt, and condescending. It's a shame that she's the face of management to residents and those visiting the property either as guests or patrons of the businesses there. The place sure could use some southern hospitality instead.
