Services
Our community permits for a maximum of two (2) vehicles to be registered to a single apartment and parked within the community at any time. Residents are required to register their vehicles with the apartment community office if they wish to be parked on the property. All vehicles are required to be properly licensed, be in good running condition, and must be parked appropriately in clearly marked parking spaces.
In order to start an application for this group booking reservation, you need to first select a unit. To start your application, create an account. We will be able to save your progress and enable you to come back anytime to check on the status of your application. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Can’t wait to leave absolutely horrible. Crime rate is too high. No cameras , your car is most likely going to get broken into and no help to be found. Apartment most likely is going to be broken into. Most likely will be robbed in someway. Security is Very low 0/5 Dont recommend is my honest opinion. - garage broken into multiple times , Life was in danger , Car was stolen and other car broken into inside of gates 0 camera were in sight of front office.

Nicole at the office is very rude. You'd think they didn't need tenants to fill apartments with the way she handles potential customers. I don't even live there but her attitude was a complete turn off. Customer service skills are a major part of working for an apartment complex. Instead of having a welcoming tone she just doesn't care. I will be looking elsewhere for a place to live. No thanks cedar court.

Moved in 2 months ago and the move in process went extremely well! The staff here Karrie and Nicole have been so accommodating and attentive. The location is close to everything and a lot quieter than I thought it would be. The grounds are well kept and clean. No complaints and maintenance is quick to fix repairs.

The appartments are very nice and the community is quiet. If I could give a 0 rating I would! The gates don't work all the time, they WILL HIT your car, or lock open so people can come into the complex and break into your car. I have had my car broken into at least 3X, and once it was stolen. Yes, stolen. PARKING IS THE WORST. There is NEVER a spot and if you park in covered parking which is an extra free a month, they WILL tow your car and have no consideration for situations. Genes towing is alright, its a battle to get your car back but at least they are kind. I've paid at least 900 dollars

I wish I could this place a 0 star. They work so hard to make the outside look nice but the inside is a mess. We had ants within days of moving in. Then we had mice running around. And yet the rent still went up. The parking is awful and in order to get more money they want to charge for a parking space that they can assign. $35 for a parking space. Management is awful. They don't care about you as a person. I wouldn't move here. Do not waste your money.

Cedar Court is the worst place I have ever rented. We have lived here for more then 3 years. Have always paid rent on time and never had a complaint against us. But they have chose to terminate our residency for no reason. Not evict us, cause they have no grounds for that, just forcing us to move out at the end of our lease. The management doesn't give a crap about the residents or what happens to them. The last manager Brittany would look at you and talk to you like your stupid if you had a complaint. The new manager is no better, she just talks to very condescending. We have had our vehicles

I have lived here for 7 months now and I don't ever want to call another place home. I've never had such a place with such caring managers. Brittany and Karrie are seriously a blessing and I hope they continue to work here forever. The grounds areally beautiful and we even love the maintenance crew! If you are so lucky to rent here don't pass it up!!!

My family of 3 just moved in. So far, so good. Very quiet. The staff are patient and professional. Brittany and Karrie did an amazing job making us feel welcome. Due to reviews I had read prior to moving in, I was concerned about parking. While it does get harder to find parking as it gets later, we always find a spot. We love having a washer and dryer in the unit and the gym is small, but has everything you need to get in a quick workout. We're very happy here.

When I moved in, it was not the layout I was shown but I had to move in anyway so I wasn't happy about that. But the apartment grounds are very well kept and I do like that it is gated even though they have been kept open server all times. There is a lot of light coming in to my apartment which is great. They also made it a non smoking community which I also like all though they need to be more up on that because there are still many people smoking. My major issue is the parking. It is the absolute worst. And if there is no parking they want you to park across the street which is not right because

What can say about cedar court apartments, I can say it was good few years back, but last year to the present not good at all. The manager wants to be respected but does not do the same. why have a manager here that will talk bad about her good tenants which now seems to get less and less, wonder why that could be? But will treat the ones who are issues like they are the best. The only good thing is the maintenance guy and the grounds keeper that worked here.

I lived here for four years. i just moved out of my apartment here due to a job change. prime location. the tacoma mall is a 5 minute walk. costco, post office and a number of restaurants are less than a mile away. tammy, britney and the maintenance crew are very courteous and professional. it was like saying bye to family when i left. sad to leave such wonderful folks.
