My experience has been stellar thus far! Maxine is Absolutely fabulous. She made my transition very enjoyable. I am looking forward to many wonderful days! 5 stars 🌟
I am now two months into my experience and here's what I think.
I love my apartment but there are issues here:
Maintenance requests are simply not handled or ignored. My window will not lock and I have asked for repair through the portal and in person. I was simply ignored.
My chief complaint is Smoke filtering in my apartment from someone else's apartment. I am not a smoker. I have

Communication is terrible. I had to move because of active duty orders. Eventhough I gave well over a 30 day notice, I still had issues. I was overcharged on rent and utilities. I received the utilities refund in the mail, but the manager refuses to answer emails or phone calls about the overcharged rent. I have tried communicating regularly to get this problem solved, but now I need to take it higher.

We have been living here for almost a month and have no complaints thus far. When moving I loved getting to work with Crystal and Maxine both they are both wonderful ladies and have help making moving in super easy. From day one when we needed a light bulb for our closet and a draining stopper for the tub the maintenance has been on top of it. Also we added in a work order that our shower/tub was not draining very well and after putting a gallon of draino in it and still not draining I sent in the request at 10:30 pm and the maintenance was there before 11:00 am the following morning. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! I have worked with a lot of property management companies/apartment complexes and a LOT of them are not very good. Maintenance is slow, the managers are mean and coy, and the property isn't taken care of. NOT HERE. The staff could not be nicer, the service is A1, and the location is excellent. 11/10!

My husband and I were so pleased with our visit to Kenzie! Crystal helped us find the perfect place to call home and was very accommodating and professional, we cannot wait to move in and become a part of this great community.
We stopped in at Kenzie just to look at the model on our way to a scheduled tour at another complex and so glad we did. The competition cancelled our appointment via text and said since it was virtual, we would just get an email with the link of the apartment we were interested in... I am still waiting on said email while the ink dries on the application I put in with Crystal

I love the location and how quiet this complex is. I'm not bothered with unnecessary flyers on my door, and they are always willing to help when I go to the leasing office. Live here for about a month, so I will update. Update: I spoke too soon. I have neighbors that seem to get in an argument about 3 to 5 times a month...at all hours. Valet trash… was added to us and I had no idea that was going to be an unexpected bill when I got my apartment in November. I am leaving the complex as soon as my lease is up due to the rent increase of $300 a month if I go past my lease date. This among other

Raw sewage is on the sidewalk and now coming up I’m my kitchen sink , toilets and bath tubs!!! We expect a call for resolution tomorrow!! This was brought to your attention in October! Raw SEWAGE is in our home… . No one will ever answer our calls, stopped by the office Monday!! What are you doing? No one will answer we just get “ we are working on it” do you realize sewer on a sidewalk where children and pets expose your residents to Listeria????? What is being done?? We pay our rent for our HOME that smells like a toilet and has SEWAGE in our sinks, washers, commodes

WHERE TO BEGIN!?
Let me start by saying that everything listed below just scratches the surface of the issues I went through with the complex. I’m also trying to keep these short so people will actually read them and stay away from this complex:
1 ) When I moved in there was mold growing in the cabinets. Not one cabinet. But at least four. I asked… about it and they told me it was my job to take care of it myself by buying some mold killer. I begrudgingly did, and had terrible allergies the entire time I lived there and I’m sure it’s due to mold in the walls.

We lived there and the apartment above us flooded water into ours we woke up in a lake. No one lived up there so we had to wait for maintinence to open the door to the upstairs while water just poured into ours.They should have moved us or discounted our rent or something..instead they water vaccumed and dried the carpets let the ceiling dry then… just painted over it never replacing the damaged ceiling so it consistanltly smelled of musty mold...the carpet dryers were plugged into our sockets for 3 days...our power bill was close to 400 for that month they said that was not their fault
