The place would be ok except there is always a problem with the hot water. It is Labor Day and all weekend we have not had hot water. This is not a one off situation and of course I'm sure the office people are enjoying hot water right now.

I do not recommend these apartments. The office team is average, no complaints about them, but the crime is becoming unbearable. I have had my car vandalized(exterior my boyfriend's license plate stolen TWICE and my roommate's car stolen from 4 times now. We will be moving as soon as our 7 months is up.

We have lived here 3 or 4 years since we retired. I have had no problems with office or managers. When we need something fixed or repaired the maintance team get the problem taken care of quickly. We Have NO Cockroaches, Bed Bugs or Spiders. I definitely wouldn't post this if it wasn't true. They have been really respectful here and no problems. This area is quiet even on weekends. Thank you....

I have been living there since 2017 and plan to do so for the next few years. I love the prompt friendly service! If ever i have an issue, a work order is put in and 99% of the time it's fixed the same day! The "1%" was because a part had to be ordered. Additionally, it's cost effective and an ideal location (for me).

Lived here for almost two years! Husband has lived here around 9 years. It has been fine until last year and these past few months. My car has got broken into three times. Last time my window got shattered. Our neighbors are loud drunks and sometimes i can smell weed coming from there door. So glad to get out but it is a good starter apartment.

Leslie and her staff at The Park have been so supportive of their Jenks Public School students that live there. The common areas are clean and welcoming and they have been so gracious to accommodate several Jenks teachers who came to offer free tutoring during the walkout. Excellent community partners!!
