This is the first apartment in Gainesville (out of 7) that I have actually been happy to live in! Management and maintenance are friendly and always available. I’ve had a few minor problems and maintenance almost always shows up the same day to resolve any issues. The floor plans are super spacious and there is plenty of parking at all times.

Amazing place to live! Move in was so easy and Emeline was such a pleasure to work with. The entire office makes sure your needs are met and you are taken care of. Ive lived here for now over 3 months and I truly would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to live.
Also the maintenance staff is always amazing. Especially Raymond F. He is always going above and beyond with repairs and has an amazing personality / energy.

I heard negative things on Yelp/google before moving to Lakewood villas and I’m happy to say all of the bad reviews where dead wrong. They seemed to be frustrated with the office and maintenance but I’ve had the best experience! The office is very helpful and communicative (the phone number to text the office is super helpful) and maintenance has completed every request made so far in a very timely manner! Dave and Kelly in particular are awesome I love running into them on my dog walks and talking. They’re very nice people. Overall I’m very happy living here and feel very lucky to be able

There must be a mistake if I lived in that Condominium, apartment G94.
The gardens very little arrangement.
The complaints to the office the responses are very slow, the requests for repairs in the house are also slow.
Dave is the best worker there !!!!
The neighbors make noises at dawn and they are not called for attention, the garbage remains on their doors the dirty water and the bad smell fall and that I lived for more than 10 months with the neighbors of G95
In several apartments there are more than 3 large dogs and they allow it.

*Update* The property manager has reached out multiple times to make sure that all of our issues were taken care of. I really appreciate that they take reviews seriously, are taking accountability and doing what needs to be done to make it right. No further complaints!
We've lived here for almost a year and this is probably our favorite complex so far. The area is quiet, yet still close to the city, the apartments are spacious and priced very fairly. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities that are available are pretty good.

The maintenance staff is exceptional. Dave is always polite and explains everything he is doing. He always completes my requests with expertise and in a timely fashion. Kelly is another excellent employee! She is always working hard to keep the property looking great,(especially the recycling & garbage - it’s an EVERYDAY job:) and is an asset when it comes to helping Dave!

I lived here for 2 years, and would've stayed longer if I didn't have to move for work. Apartments are spacious, quiet, and updated. Very homey! The grounds are woodsy and beautiful too. Super dog and pet friendly, which is great! I have a rottweiler/pit bull mix and they were a-okay with her, so don't worry about breed restrictions. The staff and maintenance were always friendly and respond in a timely manner to requests. Overall I loved it here!

Love the releasing office.., they’re so prompt and meticulous with everything they do. It is one of the biggest reasons we moved in here. Very hassle free apartment complex.
Also, needless to say, beautiful surroundings, lovely greenery.. almost feels like a home in between a forest and we love it here.

I would not advise renting at Lakewood Villas. The apartments are very old (maybe the renovated units are better) but things are constantly breaking. Toilets broke twice, leaking sinks, tile breaks, doors get stuck and literally had to pretty much break the doors to get them to open. On top of this, the insect issue is something I have never seen. I had to pay out of pocket to get my cockroach issue under control- and we are very clean people. It was almost every day we woke up to cockroaches dead all over the floors, I could not even relax in my own bedroom because they crawled out of the vents
