We love living at Park Avenue! Great location with wonderful amenities! There are food places right in the complex and Publix is a two minute drive away. Close to the highway as well. The staff and maintenance crew are very nice - Jenna and Jacy have been wonderful to work with! After experiencing shady business practices at another complex, even during a pandemic, we are so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the Park Ave team.

Just moved in recently. Absolutely love my apartment! It was very clean at move in. Jenna in the office helped me with my move, and she made it a flawless experience! Everything from the pool to the gym to the dog park is absolutely gorgeous. So far the complex seems quiet as well. Highly recommend!

My apartment lease renewed recently. Since the complex changed hands, there is already noticeable changes all for the better.
Maintenance team is responsive; courteous and knowledgeable. The lawn service is actually doing their jobs and the shrubbery now looks the way one would expect for a luxury complex, especially one as new and nice as this one is.
And last but certainly not least, the new General manager Ajax has put together an awesome team inside and out.

An awesome place to live with your son of 🐾🐾 paws. 🥇Very helpful and organized office personel, clean and well taking care landscapes. Very close to everything, shopping stores, restaurants, hospitals. 🕍The apartments are so cozy, kitchens are beautiful, bathrooms are spacious and the layout is so interesting to enjoy. 🕌I would definitely recommend it to be a great place / location to live🏰

Park Avenue is a top notch community! If you are looking for a place to live that offers great amenities then this is the place for you! Apartments offer a great layout with modern design and plenty of closet space. The pool area is amazing! Spacious deck, various seating options, large pool and palm trees create a tropical experience, feels like you are on vacation! The Park Avenue team are all professional and are very responsive anytime I’ve had a concern, it is addressed.
Clubhouse is phenomenal and the gym is open 24/7.

Short Version: this place is aesthetically nice and my primary issue was with the resident below me. She constantly harassed me and even stole from me (the on-site security officer got my package back). Management was aware of the issues throughout and offered to allow me to move units, but this would've required higher monthly payments and a renewed lease. After completing 13 of 15 months of my lease payments, the owner of the property let me leave without a penalty. I do appreciate that; however, feeling uncomfortable in a home you're paying $1,200/month for isn't something I can

I lived at Park Avenue for a little over a year and have been through multiple apartments thus far in my life. Armed with this experience, I can genuinely say Park Avenue is by far the most pleasing apartment complex I've the opportunity to reside at.
Alexis was my leasing manager during my stay. She was courteous and delightful every time I spoke with her. She was very receptive to any problems we had and reasonably resolved them.
