Jen from Cobblestone was wonderful! We were looking for an apartment after a rental fell though during a super stressful time when relocating to the the Gainesville area from Rochester, NY! Even though there were no properties available for rent at Cobblestone, Jen was able to refer us to a Collier property that met our needs. We are beyond grateful for her compassion and superb costumer service! Thank you again!

I moved into Cobblestone last fall and I would not want to live anywhere else. Before moving in, I had some issues with the leasing agent but it got resolved quickly. The new manager Mabel answers emails very fast and is willing to help in every situation. Maintenance is the quickest I have ever seen. The longest they have taken is 24 hours which is hard to beat. When I first moved in, the apartment had a few small roaches but once they fumigated they have disappeared. The apartment itself is spacious and feels like a house. Perfect place to call home! I’ve been living here for about 3 years now and I have no complaints. Mabel & Connor in the front office are amazing, and the maintenance crew Austin and John are always there for anything you need. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. The homes are beautiful inside and out and the neighborhood is very quiet and also pet friendly with your very own dog park! On top of that the clubhouse and pool area is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax and enjoy! Also, the gym is perfect for a great work out! Definitely worth every penny. I give cobblestone 10+ stars

The new renovations are great. The staff is always friendly and polite. I am in my second lease and I love the quite and convenience to food and shopping. Mable the manager is the nicest person ever she is always willing to meet the needs of the tenants. She is a champion.

We have lived at Cobblestone for about a year and a half. It has been a wonderful place to live. It’s convenient to many stores and restaurants by car or bus. It’s also a great place to walk, bike, or skate. Ring Park and Planet Fitness are within walking distance. The community has a pool, tennis court, fitness center, and lots of parking. Its very pet friendly too. We love the entry screen porch and back patio. And probably the best part is how responsive and friendly the management and maintenance teams are. We haven’t had any urgent issues, but any maintenance requests we’ve submitted

We have been at Cobblestone for a year now. It's conveniently located to many big shops. The grounds are well-kept. The front porch and back patio are very spacious. The gym was recently renovated and offers a wide variety of workout options, especially with the functional trainer. Maintenance is extremely quick with any work orders. The community manager, Mabel, is the sweetest and most helpful person. Parking is ample and it was no problem for us to keep out boat parked there.

Moved in a few months ago and absolutely love living here. Our apartment was completely renovated with modern touches-quarts counter tops, brand new white cabinets, stainless energy efficient appliances, wood floors etc. not only is it beautiful but the staff in the office (Laura and Mabel) are the sweetest two you will ever meet. Maintenance has been quick to respond to any of our needs and we’ve had no issues. Our neighbors are quiet and professionals/families. Every one is welcoming and a true community. we do not plan on leaving any time soon! Truly a great place to live and I would recommend
