Been here close to a year and absolutely love the community. Maintenance is stellar, management us friendly and professional, grounds are up kept, the complex is relatively quiet aside from some occasional knucklehead that like to have mobile rap concerts in their cars. College kids... People are friendly but keep to themselves. A great place to call home.

I can say as a resident here I did not have any problems. This was a classy experience for me and my two children. I felt safe enough to enjoy the landscaping and mingle with neighbors. The front office staff was SO delightful! Al, Shaena and the team along with maintenance guys took care of me and my requests. I felt safe with the officer in the neighborhood. I had no roach issues and forgot I even had raid lol. My apartment was clean and this was such a WONDERFUL place to be!❤️❤️❤️

We have lived a over the USA. First time we have rented an apartment in years. We have been pleasantly surprised...mostly by the management team here. Their rules are more than reasonable. If you are honest with them, partner with them, mgmt goes more than the extra mile for you. AND they are all very personable. The team here genuinely cares about what is best for their tenants and their property. They make it a terrific experience!

In the last six months the garbage situation has gotten out of control. Residents leave their bags of garbage everywhere: side of the road, next to the garbage compactor, in common areas, in breezeways. People drive up to the garbage compactor and just drop their bag on the side of the road, instead of getting out of their car and throwing it where it belongs. If garbage bags rip as they are carrying it to the garbage compactor, they'll just leave it there for the staff to clean up. I wish I could post photos as part of this review.

Over all it hasn't been too bad. The bad news is the water bills. You don't get a water bill on your electric bill. Reflections does the water and they rip you off. For a 2 bed room I've paid as much as $85 that's crazy. GRU doesn't charge that much. I used to only pay as much as about $30 with GRU and that was the highest it every went. It has never been under $54 here. Not only that but they cant get their billing right and this month October we have a $59 bill due 10/12 and a $66 bill due 10/27. Just for water. It is not possible that I used that much water. they are

I've lived here since 2011. Just recently (January-ish 2016) Reflections got all new management. Out with the old and in with the new! Old management would promise anything, and never follow through. The new management is friendly and honest. The maintenance guys are awesome, too. They are always pleasant and willing to help with anything.

Horrible place to live!!!!! I currently live here and i hear every step the people above me make!!! And if u happen to be one day late on ur rent BAM $100 late charge! The mgmt staff is also very rude. The only good thing about Reflections is the maintenance crew...they r very friendly and have always fixed things quickly.

When I first moved in 3 1/2 years ago, it was great. I recently noticed it going downhill after loss of courtesy officers on site. Pool used to have a hot tub but they filled it in with dirt and a tree since maintenance is no good with major repairs. Treadmill in gym has been broken for over a year. They posted a sign on the door march of last year saying an out-of-town repairman was coming, well here we are over a year later, still broken. Repairman must be walking here from northern canada or something.
