I love this community and I have ever since I spoke to the property manager, Terri, for the first time on the phone. She was incredibly nice and made me feel valued. We recently moved in and we love living here! Very nice community with walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Feels very safe, and amenities are very clean. Management and maintenance are always on top of everything, and I love of the fun activities that provide to get to know the neighbors (check out their IG page!)

Let me start by saying I actually miss my Lake Crossing peeps! Our family left about 3 months ago, after 6 years and wanted to take the time to write a fitting review for a wonderful team. We love Terry (the property manager ) and are grateful for her always being helpful with anything we needed. What also made our time there so memorable was the maintenance staff. Sandy and Marco were with us from the beginning and Shonta was an excellent addition. The all were ALWAYS kind, personable and efficient!

Lake Crossing has been a safe and comfortable place for my college student to live. Terri Sagar, Property Manager has always been helpful and timely in her responses. Terri truly wants a great living experience for her residents.
We moved my daughter from Virginia to Gainesville to attend college and it was difficult finding the right apartment online. Terri was available several times through phone calls and emails to ensure that the process was smooth. If she wasn't available, Terri would ensure that one of her representatives contacted us.

Lake Crossing is a beautiful complex. Apartments are spacious and the grounds are kept beautiful. The pool is always clean and there are lots of umbrellas and chairs.
The office staff and Teri the manager are always helpful and get things done promptly. Kudos to Sandy and her maintenance team for taking care of all the work requests.

I am so incredibly grateful for Caroline and Terrie for both making my move intonLake Crossing so enjoyable. They have answered every single one of my questions/concerns so promptly and efficiently. The costumer service skills are unmatched. I'm just amazed how I was paying $300 more a month somewhere else where talking to admin was like pullibg teeth. I feel very lucky and grateful to have found this apartment complex.

Moved to Lake Crossing at the end of last year, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. There are constant events being put on by the staff which are great, the complex is well maintained and always looks nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have had excellent experiences working with Claire and Terri, and my two kids always enjoy stopping by the office to say hello and grab a freshly baked cookie! Also, Marco is exceptional and has helped us quickly with our maintenance issues throughout our time here so far. Highly recommend these apartments!

I've been living at Lake Crossing for almost two full years now and I absolutely love it! The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating! When I first moved in my apartment was spotless! There was no extra cleaning that I felt needed to be done. The maintenance team is great! When issues arise, they are fixed quickly! The office staff is friendly and knows you by name! One of my favorite parts of living at Lake Crossing is the community building that they do. Every couple months they hold a resident events, which is a great way to get to know neighbors. Thanks Lake Crossing for

Most unfriendly staff. while living there I certainly felt discrimination and unwelcome. They say they are dog friendly but that was not my experience and they neglect the back end of the property. The lake is often a source of neglect and odor.once our lease was up. We were charged for supposed damage that had been there all the time. How can you blame you’re tenants for your sloppy paint job. And previous damage you declined to fix. I cant recommend anyone to move here with their over priced properties
