How do I put this as respectfully as I can, do not rent from these people. The owner Wayde gives off a Shady car salesman vibe and doesn't keep his word. Melany the asset manager has got to be the most hostile, disrespectful, and ignorant individual my roommates and I have ever dealt with. Something happened to our car in the parking lot and wayde says "oh, unfortunately my monitor doesn't work so I don't think I can get the footage but I'll check." Never heard back from him on that. Your monitor doesn't work...? Maintenence is a joke here. 1229 bucks a month for 940 Sq feet in a midway dump is

Our apartment recently switched to them. Ever since the experience has been terrible. We recently had an incident where someone (staff) entered our apartment without permission while we were gone and turned on our tub water. Caretaker Brittany P. changed her story atleast 2/3 times.. When I spoke to someone from the property management explaining what happened she immediately got an attitude and told me that she thinks we’re lying and that we did this to try and leave our lease.. doesn’t make sense. We recently had an emergency, none of the caretakers answered the phone nor did they follow

So far the property that I live at, although the area is not the best, I do like the complex. My main annoyance is that they take forever to reply to maintenance request and the only reason I have gotten resolve with the maintenance request thus far, is because I had to call and text the landlord to the property. Not only is that annoying because i hate having to bother him just to have him tell me to put in a request, when I already have. The request that I put in in August (and mind you I have only been here since the beginning of July) literally sat there for over a month, and one of them I

They claim to be professional, but don't believe it. They left a hole in our ceiling for months after starting a repair. Don't even give notice before showing up to our unit, which is illegal. Rented with them for over a year and couldn't be happier to find another place. They ignore maintenance requests and are rude/passive on the phone if you can even get a hold of anyone. Look elsewhere!

We lived at Asbury for 18 months, and had an excellent experience with Equimax. They had just taken over the buildings when we moved in, and have been making continued improvements since then. We always found Wade to be fair, friendly, helpful and responsive. We were made to feel valued as tenants, which we hugely appreciated. If we hadn't have moved states we wouldn't have had any reason to leave. The neighbors were great too

This company bought the quadplex we live in & the entire experience has been terrible ever since. They took away my neighbors garage usage. They're raising rent by $195. We were planning to renew our lease but suddenly We have to scramble & find somewhere else to live when we were not planning on moving this year. The apartment is hardly worth the cost before the jacked up prices. Now they're showing our place & giving less than 3 hours notice. Would not recommend renting through them. You're treated as a number & not a family who needs a stable roof over their heads
