WARNING!!!!!
These apartments are nasty and trashy. We sat our trash out last night and woke up to same trash this morning. I guess trash Valet company has quit again 😕 . We called the office at 9:00 am, and emailed them. It's 10:41pm and we still have funky trash from last night up and down the hallways. The office never returned my call or email. They DO NOT care about property or residents here.

If I could I would leave them 0 stars. Horrible attitudes with the staff. Our toilet was clogged for 3 days and would put In work orders and never got a response until I had to call to call them and tell them it was an emergency since no one clearly cared about our toilet being clogged, whenever I put in an emergency request I got a call from a maintenance guy and was very rude over the phone basically stating it was our fault and why are we calling them so late. Well I wouldn’t have if you would’ve just fixed our toilet from the work order. Now our AC hasn’t been working for almost 3 weeks

This is an Official complaint towards your Staff by the Name Keila Hernandez.
Her representation of Arioso Apartments does not speak well as she feels the Need to Ask Residents to go and Fix Properties themselves and in a Rude and condescending manner too .
My Smoke Alarm went off since the 09/29/2021 which was so disturbing and my children couldn't sleep a wink..I came to the apartment office to complain and Keila Hernandez said i should either go and fix it myself or I should leave the apartment office.
Is that the level of professionalism Arioso Apartments now condos?.

I wouldn't move or even attempt to do a application. I fill out a application on a Tuesday call the office on a Thursday just to make sure the application went through. No one ever picks up the phone 😒. So I figured to just go up here and see if they are this busy. I walk and in and there one of the leasing agents are just playing on here phone and ignoring the phones. Smh the reviews are correct in the customer service they are bad.

I was hoping the bad reviews were wrong. Sadly, they aren't. Just a little Courtesy and customer service goes a long way people. I could go on and on about my experience, but why bother. The Lord has blessed me with a home much better. Arioso Team, I do hope your service gets better.
Several messages left for manager and corporate ofc to call and received nothing. So please don't bother posting your canned message to call the office again, as if someone their really cares. Will be hard to believe that you are "truly" sorry...you just sorry that another negative review was posted.

My lease is up soon and we let them know we would not be renewing (honestly the halls and stairs are always disgusting and the Floorplan is uncomfortable so we found another apartment) but my real frustration began after that. Maintenance has always been pretty good and responsive but our shower has been backed up and unable to drain for FOUR DAYS now. I have made 2 requests about it, called 3 times, sent 2 emails. Nothing. Now that they know we aren't renewing all of the sudden they don't answer calls, they won't send Maintenance, they can't even be bothered to respond to an email.

Worst possible residential apartments. They don’t care to maintain the property in our out in the property. Management could careless about your wants or needs and maintenance always comes up with excuses as to why not to make any repairs you require. I can’t wait til my lease is over. There’s always a constant weed smell and the Apts don’t even offer enough parking. Most apts are vacant but there’s never enough parking. Pools have always stayed dirty and are never open to the public. Worst so far. Highly regret signing my lease a second year

I read the reviews beforehand, but decided to visit the property anyway. It was nice and I was impressed with how nice the complex looked. I was a bit turned off by the attitude of one of the young ladies working in the office. The first lady I encountered was helping another possible resident and I was told that the lady in the office would be able to help me. As soon as I approached her door, I knew she was not too happy about that at all and her attitude was off-putting the whole conversation. The other young lady returned and was glad to take me off her hands, since I seemed to have disrupted

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I lived here for 2 years for work. The management is awful and the apartments are old and in bad shape. They don't keep the grounds clean, the pool area and work out areas are always dirty and the workout area is always got stuff missing cause people steal it. Neighbors are awful give no consideration for others and if you get a garage they will constantly park in front of your garage cause parking runs out fast. The worst is maintenance they take days to come fix serious issues and then if it's anything serious they have to get the apartment managers

I moved into a townhome 2 years ago, Ipaid my rent on time every month. My second year lease was up at the end of Dec 2018 on the 31th. I told Arioso management I was leaving Dec 1st. Managment told me I had to pay Dec rent, I did.I called my elec co and set move out day Dec 1st so, turn off my elec and move it to my new home. I got an E-mail from my elec co, YOUR ALL SET. power off Dec 1st new power on Dec 1st.I gave my keys and last payment Dec 1st, All done right? Yes your all set.Today is Jan 19th 2019, I get a bill from my elec co for 400 dollars I call they tell me Arioso called MY elec co

I rarely complain about something but when I do, it must be fking bad. Since the day I moved in, the apt is hot af. The maintenances hv come by for 5-6 times but they couldn't fix the damn A/C. Today, maintenance guy tried to change the thermostat to see if the A/C will work better but turn out the A/C stopped working. I found out after being from school and he didnt even bother to lock the fking damn door. Now, I'm calling the emergency maintenance because it is not office hours. Right now, no fking sht call back about my issue.

I'm going to be truly honest in this review. The apartments are nice it comes with a full size washer and dryer which in Texas is not exactly the norm. I've been here a little over a year & when I shopped around at renewal it was the best bang for my buck so to speak. The management recently changed all together. I mean they really cleaned house. I have had nothing but Excellent service from old and new management. Before my Go to person was Ray who had been here for years but went on to pursue another opprotunity. Now there are all new people & that can be uneasy at first. But

I moved here in January and I haven't had any issues with the staff here. Any time that I've needed maintenance done it's been done promptly, but I haven't needed much done. The only issues I've had are the people living here. My boyfriends car was broken in to and his suits for work and other expensive items were stolen. The last place I lived we had a gun pulled on us so we moved here trying to get away from this kind of stuff. Not only did his car get broken in to but I also had a pair of shoes that were on my balcony stolen. The only real complaint about the complex

Not a very pleasant place to live! I've just moved in for about 6 weeks and they've already fined me twice for my dogs. Very mean staff. You can immediately tell that they're very superficial/two-faced people. They watched me like a hawk and stalked my every move so that they can fine me. Not very flexible at all. The lady named Karen that lives there has nothing better to do with her time. The complex just appears nice on the facade, but is old and not very well-built on the inside. The hallways are dirty. Gum marks everywhere. AC and ventilation systems are extremely loud. Maintenance
