If you would like to make Canyon Creek Apartments your new home, you will need to fill out and submit an application with us. In order for us to process the application, you will need to submit the application fee of $50. You may either mail, drop off or pay for your application fee on line through Zego.

I have lived here for a year and I have never been more thankful. The management helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs and are always willing to help when I call. My heater went out and they sent someone out right away and called to make sure I didn't have any more problems. They made me feel right at home and it's not often that apartments can do that. Would highly recommend!

I’d give negative stars if possible. I lived in the 409 27th st units. LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT MOLDY WINDOW UNITS AND ABSOLUTELY NO MAINTENANCE CARE AND TO BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Canyon properties is absolutely neglectful and negligent to their tenets. Glad I only had to suffer SIX MONTHS. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I have not enjoyed the year I lived here. My apartment had a permanent smell that would not leave (Believe me my roommate and I tried everything short of contacting a witch doctor). Whenever we would request something to be fixed it would take almost 2 months for someone to come and several times they would forget. Our last month (April) here we had received notice we hadn't been paying our entire bill since January. When my roommate asked why we hadn't received notice we hadn't paid they said "well it just kept pilling up" and when I asked why we hadn't received a notice saying we hadn't paid
