Rental applications are processed by a third party vendor, RentBizUSA, LLC. The credit bureau used to obtain credit information is Experian. You may want to check with Experian prior to applying to be sure your credit has not been "frozen". If your credit has been frozen you will need to take steps with the credit bureau to unfreeze your credit.

Please stay away. The company is evicting a disabled woman. The woman's wife went and signed a new lease in November and removed her wife from the lease. The company did not verify a separation agreement between the two nor contact the woman to see if she moved out or wanted to vacate. This is illegal as this apartment is the marital home and they believe they can get away with this because they wrote a new lease with an old lease holder instead of a renewal. Claudia will not communicate with the disabled woman other than to tell her that she must vacate by the 14th or they'll serve eviction papers

I have rented from them for 2 year now. They refused to do repair and I pay my rent on time during Covid 19 shutdown. I called the Code enforcement and they report their report for repair on 10 /7/2021. On 10/13 2021 they email me stating that the Landlord is not renewing my lease and to move out by 10/31/2021 so they can do repairs, once they finish repairs, he selling the property without a COURT ORDER. I sued them and they refused to sign to for it through their PO BOX address. Yet the owner was served. They told me that the repairs are AS IS.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with from the receptionist who answers the phone to the office manager June very rude .Was told by June that i should take my review that i gave on facebook down because it would hurt other families. Well what about my family i am out of work on disability and my wife works and we have 2 kids .This is absolutely the most unprofessional management company ive seen they our way ruder then Bill collectors calling to collect money .....I would rent or advise anyone to rent from them if they were giving me a opportunity to rent a 4 bedroom house

I've been a tenant of SRP for almost a year now and they have always been polite, prompt, and courteous. Never had an issue with maintenance, they have always been very quick to respond and I love how I can make all my rent payments online and even make service requests online. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a rental. 5 stars.

Words can't explain how amazing this management company is!! I have seen some of the negative reviews and I just don't understand. I have rented two different properties from them and their service has been amazing. There has never been a time that I needed them to either handle something at the house or I've made a request at the office that they weren't on top of it. As long as I am renting and they have properties I will continue to be a loyal resident of SRP!
