Thai Massage, which is part of Thai Medicine and Buddhist philosophy, is a practice that is literally centuries old, and can be dated back as early as the existence of Yoga. In 2004 we started our pursuit and practice of Thai Massage and it has become our life and journey. We credit our beginnings and desire of bodywork to the influence of Yoga.
As we were pursuing our Yoga Certification, one of our instructors introduced us to something called Thai Massage. He spent just a few minutes stretching and manipulating our legs and hips, it was the best feeling we had ever experienced, and so began our search for a teacher to teach us Thai Massage.

Excellent massages catered to your special needs. Friendly staff and very helpful. Willing to answer any questions and open to all types of massage and body work. After each massage, my problem area of the day feels much more relaxed and open. I feel more like a normal person again after I visit. Thank you so much !

My shoulders were hurting and Roy gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. A deep tissue massage is wonderful. I will say that once he was done my shoulder was not sore and all the knots in my back were also gone. 4 days later and my back still feels great and I went whitewater kayaking all weekend after the massage. I highly recommend Lion and Dragon.

My first visit was great I was relaxed and felt amazing after I left I believe her name was Jessica. But my second visit was awful I went in for Swedish massage but got an awful deep tissue I was almost in tears it hurt so bad. I would tell him that is too much pressure but he would move on and put the same pressure in another spot. He put his knee in my leg to try to fix my sciatica but I didn't want him to. I just wanted a relaxing massage because I have been stressed out but instead I came out sore and my hand was bruised from a spot he pushed on too hard. I felt really uncomfortable mostly

My wife suffers from severe neck pain and went here for a second massage because they were helpful the first time. On the second visit, the body worker did not listen to her input at all, spent hardly any time on her neck, and basically just gave her a relaxation massage. Definitely not worth the high price. You're better off getting a student massage at Healing Arts. At least the students listen to what you want!
