Welcome to Radically Rooted, an online and in-person embodied yoga studio. Our mission is to educate others on their fascial matrix and teach ways to awaken their amazing nervous system into a state of aliveness and connectivity. With a more balanced nervous system and greater neurological connectivity, life becomes more vibrant, and emotions are more easily regulated.

These higher states of consciousness allow the body to be a more open conduit for energy to flow, releasing tension and alleviating suffering. Did you know that your fascia is interwoven between and into every cell of the body. The state of your cells determines your human experience (DNA), and gives form to the fascia.
Services
This teacher training teaches through the lens of your body's living tissues, the fascial system. We are evolving into a new paradigm of understanding the inner workings of the human body. Our training is rooted in the quantum. The quantum realm describes the interconnectedness of one part to the whole, rather than looking at the body as a robot made up of different parts that function independently.
You may have known this class to be called Embodiment before. Embodiment is a process that activates when one's nervous central and peripheral nervous systems come in a coherent state with one another. This is a higher way of being than the normal fight-flight-freeze energy. This is a class targeted to promote improved health in your cellular body, by manually shifting the resonance of your cells via your fascia!
Classes take place via Zoom - Once you register on our app for the Virtual/Livestream class you'd like to attend, you will receive an email with the class link. To attend an in studio class, you must register for the class on our app or via mindbody before coming. Students will need to bring a yoga mat and any props that they would like to use in class, as we will not be providing props to be shared at this time.
Embodiment practice with Radically Rooted is a powerful and life-changing practice. Studio owner Jessica Lichaa created this practice to support students in cultivating emotional regulation, self-love, and ultimately to live with more autonomy. Being a human being can be complex at times, when our hearts may want to experience one thing, but our nervous systems may tell us to do another.
Our private fascia care sessions are intended to activate your own body's healing response. In doing so, fluids can flow throughout the body, communicating intelligently via the neural networks the felt sense of safety and trust. The higher self is then activated through higher brain circuit awakening, than those of fight-flight-freeze circuits.

Have to post tell you how GREAT I feel after those two embodiment classes! I was at the point where I felt like I was just going to always be in pain. It wasn’t debilitating but it was definitely always there. I’d tried chiropractic and massage and regular yoga and nothing really helped. Or helped minimally. I didn’t want to take medications of course. I am amazing at how great I feel and the only things different were your class and I started a tumeric supplement. I can only Image it’s going to continue to get better! Thank you!!!!!!!! I love every class I’ve taken. Such a
