Designed with our residents in mind, we have units with washer and dryer connections and a screened lanai. Each apartment features vaulted ceilings, security alarms, and built-in bookshelves. Adjusting your move-in date or lease term will adjust pricing. Payment of the application fee will lock the rental rate for only the selected lease term and move-in date.
My feedback is positive every time i need some maintenance or any situation they work ASAP. Also the staff respond your. Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Calm area, never had problems with neighbors & the staff was always helpful. Maintenance always follows up & gets the job done. Really recommend.

Already perturbed by move in, not setting a good precedence for the beginning of a lease. Literally spent all day trying to reschedule movers because "their policy" is that you can't pick up keys until noon-5p, they tell you this is bc the cleaners are doing last minute touch ups but was also told that it doesn't matter when you move in... so it's not really bc of cleaners. So you want your new residents to move in the Tampa heat, and possibly rain given that this is Florida- they clearly don't care about their residents. Marielle was supposed to have my application

My boyfriend has been living here for a year, and his family can not wait to leave. His apartment is always spotless, and no matter how clean it is, there are still roaches. They have gotten the place fumigated several times, and are constantly calling the main office but all they do is send someone over to fumigate again. It's also not a couple of roaches, but a ton. We had a family member who lived her before us that experienced the same problem. I am renting from a private owner, the company is call home river group. The condo was not well maintained, a lot of bug problem, my front door is off the hinges and my property management will not do anything. I have a leak spot on the ceiling they will not come look at among other things. My property management is very unprofessional and hard to work with. I had code enforcement here recently, I was told I keep my home very clean and well maintained. They also make you pay $10 extra a month for air filters that they tell you will be delivered once a month, they are not and they do nothing to

Thankful that I rent from a private owner. However, when we moved in we had to deal with roaches!!! Now I get that the previous tenant was extremely messy (we saw that first hand when we did the apartment tour before we moved in) but the complex was not willing to admit that maybe the neighbors around us had roach problems too. Instead we were told it's our problem only. Some of the staff is unfriendly but I always prefer to deal with Maria, who makes everything better. Nice apartments but horrible first impression. The girl leasing the apartments was far from friendly and made me want to get in my car and check out different apartments. Rent is affordable but the thought of having to deal with her for any inconvenience or questions made my husband and I go a different route. If you're not big on being treated with good customer service then I recommend these apartments.

Awful, I didn't listen to the reviews online and I regret it. I live on the 3rd floor and for months I've been dealing with an overgrown trees outside the apartment. The tree(s) are so close to the bedroom window that ants and termites come inside thru the window.
I had to duct tape to control the problem of ants coming in.
The property manager came to assess the situation in March, we are in July and the tree is bigger and with all the rain and wind, the branches are scratching the glass. I continue to have issues with all sorts of insects found dead on my bedroom floor.

Love this place. Have lived here for 10 years. Kind of like living in a resort really. There are 2 pools, a gym, tennis courts, its gated. I have had barely any issues in ten years, although there were a few, with the old manager who refused to do anything about anything. The gates broke a few times, but the complex is always very clean and well maintained. I have wonderful neighbors and lots of them have lived here a long time too, which speaks volumes. The only real issue I can complain about is the back pool, and people sneaking in who don't live here. Management needs to get wrist bands
