My experience in moving into River Tree apartments has been nothing but exceptional. Alfred has been amazing and super helpful. He was honest and friendly and did everything he said he would do. I love the community. We moved to Florida for work. I though it would be hard moving to another state, but Alfred made it easy. I highly recommend River Tree Apartments.

Upon moving in the apartment was not clean, painted, some patch work, problems with the flying roaches. Did not have an official walk thru… I hate that it’s near the garbage dump, appliances were very old and somewhat damaged. After expressing concerns and showing the photos. Mgmt upgrade the appliances and charged us the difference in monthly rent. Was told old tenants were there for 17 yrs.. the whole apartment should have been overhauled before renting it out. However, in the place there a a few more adjustments to done but seems like our request are being marked as complete by maintenance

My initial review was not a favorable one. However, after communicating with the property management company, I was surprised at the expeditious and courteous outcome. Not only did they they rectify the issues that had occurred, but they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for the professional courtesy.

I scheduled a tour and when I arrrived the guy gave me some docs to look over and told me where the apartment was. He did not come with me at all. It would have been nice if he had come with me to clear questions out while I saw the apartment since the apartment I was seeing was not the one I would have moved into. Besides I felt like he was trying to push in for a more expensive apartment but I had already been talking to someone about a different apartment/studio. Very disappointed with the experience. I felt mostly unwelcome and unattended. The unwillingness to help me was very imminent.

This is every single time it rains... our whole living room floods and we’ve already had furniture damage. There’s also a window leak and we believe the a hole in between the wall and floor where water also… enters. We’ve asked multiple times for the issue to be fixed and nothing permanent is being done. I should have to walk into my home and always put down towels, sheets, etc or worry about my NEW furniture being messed up. It’s getting out of hand.

If I could give 0 stars I would!
The new Maintenance Supervisor tried to fix the AC 3 times and I think he broke something every time he try to fix it, it has been broken for 3 days.
On the last phone call he said that he had fixed it, then he said it was 76 degrees outside so I could open the window (its FL with 77% of humidity that its not even… important to him I guess) and then he said that he doesn’t have the tools to fix it (all these excuses were in the same call in less than a minute)
If you don’t have the right team or full staff to fix the needs of your residents why
