My family and I were on the hunt for an apartment in Greenville and Edgemont was the last and final walk thru (virtual since we were no longer in town). We took the apt immediately. It was the size we wanted and everything that came with it was perfect (dishwasher, washer dryer, second floor, two bedroom/bathroom). Unlike other places, there were no hidden fees, the pictures matched the apt, and we were treated like valuable residents from the moment we spoke to the staff. Very pleasant experience prior to move in and we're enjoying our new apt very much.

Building N reeked of gas so the office was called but it was apparent we were not taken seriously. We were told maintenance would come check it out. Our fine maintenance crew came out and determined that, even though you could smell gas literally surrounding the whole building, everything “checked out”. Was told everything was fine! Luckily, my neighbor took it into her owns hands and called Piedmont Natural gas to come out. It was determined by people who actually know what they’re talking about that we had a gas leak!!! The ladies in the office have been a pleasure to work with! When issues arise, they listen and are genuine in wanting to make sure your concerns are addressed. Only downfall is the pool is not what I expected (chemical levels have not been kept up well). I would love to be able to enjoy it more than I have this summer! Overall, the apartment and the amenities are worth what I currently pay :)

I've been living here for just shy of a year now and I've loved it! The price (and term length) options on your lease is great! I like the quick responsiveness of the staff and they are always friendly to deal with! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and despite being so close to all of the city it offers a great get away and feels secluded. I highly recommend Edgemont to anyone looking for a budget friendly apartment and nice quiet place to reside.

I have had a change of ❤ with Edgemont since the new management has acquired the property. Many many changes for the better. I didn't realize that they had to fix so many problems from the previous owners. New painted outside buildings with updated colors new pool chairs updated parking lot is a refreshing change. I appreciate the new representatives in the office for always answering my questions and concerns. I hope to see what's next.

While assigned parking was sometimes an issue to the other residents and their guest it was definitely a plus being that there's already limited parking. Now we are no longer having assigned parking which has its own pros and cons but rent is way to high to have to either now search for parking or park far from your actual building. The amenities they claim to have are always broken (car wash station), no play area for kids, pool always green and closed (they say now is fixed), and no trash pick up which is built into the rent I know it is now under new management but new management took away the

I like the apartments, I think the interior is good for the price we pay! Pet friendly community and I’ve never had any problems with the neighbors.My only complaint is pest control. The apartment complex told us we had to specify if we wanted pest control. Ever since the new pest control company started, we’ve had a bug problem which we’ve never had before. They’re mainly palmetto bugs, but I’m not sure if that’s common in the summer time in South Carolina and we’re just unaware because we’re not from around here.

Please do not waste your money moving here. Rent is way overpriced. New management promised upgrades but the pool has been closed all summer, the car wash is broken still, no kids play area, the breezeways are filthy. You pay for trash pickup even though they do not pickup your trash! Also pay for pest control but you must ask for pest control to come out (which I’ve done several weeks in a row and they still haven’t come). My sink and toilet have been broke for over a month with no fix still. I have holes in the walls from when I moved in that ants are coming through. They still haven’t

Fairly prompt in responding to requests for help but promises to follow-up that response have not happened on 2 of 2 occasions. They have been great at upgrading the curb appeal of the place as new owners. Have had a difficult time getting my insurance validated. Other than that, I have enjoyed my 6 years living here.

With new owners and management things are coming around. Yes it will not happen overnight but bigger and better things are coming, all you have to do is look around at some improvements being made. a few other things it is within walking distance of a great elementary school if you have young children and when I mean walking distance it would be 10 minutes round trip. Middle and High School are also very close.

Office staff incredibly useless. Maintenance never fixes anything!!! My dishwasher has been broken since we moved here. My sink floods the kitchen at least once a month. They still do nothing about it. The people below us do nothing but smoke weed all day long and it smells terrible in our unit. Have been told that by all of our neighbors. This is… the worst apartment I have ever lived in. So glad to be gone in one week. I also call the office when there is an issue and they do nothing about it. They complain about people not picking up after our dogs, but I always have to call them to tell

Your resident should be a place of peace. I e made more complaints than enough regarding the disrespect from my neighbors above me. Here it is again after 3:00am in the morning with my family and myself not being able to sleep from the neighbors above me. The problem has become so bad that I had to result to filing a complaint against the apartheid complex. The property management is racist against African Americans and the story continues.

If you don’t want to have kids around or an older couple, l would not recommend this complex. If they’re able to get a building that doesn’t have kids in that immediate area they might enjoy being here. Just our president problem is that. Otherwise it’s been great here until a few months back when the family upstairs moved in with their 5year son, who has not been supervised by responsible adults.

I've lived at this apartment complex for 5 years and when I say I would not recommend this to no one. The first couple of years was great until the property managers changed. it went from them not finding my lease. They ran my money order for rent, that came from Walmart, for the wrong amount then tried to say it was my fault. Now I'm dealing with… my neighbor that lives above me that has 2 small kids that keeps jumping and doing whatever else they want as if they don't have neighbors.
