I had a fantastic experience upgrading my Breitling Super Avenger 2 bezel with two rows of beautiful diamonds. I had an informative conversation with Ralph about my bezel and what options were available for settings. During the entire processes he communicated with me and let me know when the completed bezel was shipping out. Being a perfectionist, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality and outcome of my new upgraded bezel. The diamonds and setting process was flawless. I would highly recommend using Avital & Co. and will be coming back for all future diamond needs.

I'm lucky I found them! Was spending my days looking for a pair of Diamond Stud earrings, visited many local stores for days in early December but could never find what I was looking for. A quality set of diamond earrings with the right color and a fair price. I stumbled upon Avital while doing some shopping online and I am happy I did. My fiance got my engagement ring here and its so beautiful. Every little detail its so delicate and gorgeous... I also had the pleasure to meet him since the size was a little big on me and like all the other reviews says, he’s very nice, polite and can get anything done as you request. My husband and I went to this store randomly. Ralph looked at the images of the ring and he was very confident that he could make the ring I wanted. I was a bit scared because it will be my forever ring and I don't know him.

I came to the diamond district on the hunt for wedding bands for my fiancé and I. We had a specific design in mind. I didn't know where to begin and walked into a store at random. Amazing jeweler who created a beautiful tennis bracelet for me. They were more than fair, and treated me as a friend. We discussed my needs, they procured the bracelet, and then promised the stones would be set by the morning. I asked for an early meet as I was flying out that afternoon; and they met me early to make sure I was happy. I don't live in NY; however I visit often. Ralph was instrumental in helping me get the perfect engagement ring for my wife. He helped me through the entire process, which for a guy who didn't buy jewelry often, was greatly needed. She loves the ring and constantly gets compliments on it.
Ralph also helped us pick out our wedding rings. My wife wanted her wedding ring to compliment the engagement ring, which didn't end up to be a problem at all for Ralph. I was also able to get my band with him also, which is incredibly comfortable to wear.

Ralph took excellent care of me while I was shopping for my fiancee's engagement ring. I am already indecisive so you can only imagine how difficult it was to come across the "right" ring. He gave me many ideas on different styles, honest recommendations, and best of all was very patient with me. Eventually we came across the perfect ring and for an amazing price. He also took care of me with a sizing issue (I initially gave the wrong size, yikes!). Needless to say she absolutely LOVES the ring, I honestly cannot recommend Ralph enough... Go see Ralph!!

Ralph is awesome. I brought him a picture of a ring that I found off of etsy and he made an exact match! It was even more sparky than I had imagined. He also replaced a diamond on another ring of mine (he did not make this one) and I was able to stay with my ring and watch him replace it. Can't say enough good things about this place. So glad I found him among the sea of jewelers on W 47th!

I was very fortunate to locate Avital Jewelers. I worked with Ralph and his staff for a watch which Was in excellent condition and the price beat the competition hands down. It was delivered quickly and Avital gave me the personal attention that I would not have recieved unless I was shopping at a Tiffany & co. or Cartier(out of my league).but the service is the same and I received a great quality watch.
Real simple if your not in the New York area and do not mind having your products shipped
