The move in fee was like 2000$
Due date is on the first , there is no grace period supposedly even though when speaking to the person on the phone there was a grace period . The water and the gyms been out of service . The place isn’t nice it’s a cubicle it’s way to expense . We as residents don’t own a pool . It wasn’t even cleaned correctly . The rent is way to expensive and you need roommates to live here probably

They accepted my dog, took his photo and accept his pet records from vet as a puppy knowing his breed per the vet records, then as he got bigger months later (only reaching about 40 pounds) they forced me to break lease pay fees and leave saying his breed was not allowed..even though he was fully trained, potty trained, and the sweetest little guy... like what!?!.. seriously unprofessional management here..

Fine so far. The internet and water are the biggest drawbacks. The service at stonebridge ranch is fine for the most part but I wish they would be more transparent on information regarding necessities like I've listed above. There's not many things that an owner can control but the internet and water are two of the biggest they come into their decision making. I understand that a new internet company is coming in in the next few months but that just not help me now. The water is nasty and terribly above healthy human drinking levels. I came to Stonebridge Ranch to tour the apartment complex and was greeted by Mary who showed us around the entire complex and made us feel at home! She was very helpful and took her time answering all of our questions and concerns. I cant wait till availability is open so we can move here! The staff is what really sets this place apart from others not only the staff but even the grounds and apartments are all beautiful and well kept! Thank you Mary for making our apartment searching experience 1000000x better!!!

I love this Stonebridge Ranch. Community is always clean and calm. It’s an absolute pleasure to take morning or evening strolls. All maintenance issues are addressed as soon as possible. Tiana and Sam are the sweetest..
It’s nice that we have food trucks every Thursday and I love the celebrations/gatherings we have here.

I have lived at Stonebridge Ranch for a little over 2 years and I've enjoyed my time here. The staff are friendly and helpful, plus I love that they host events for the residents and try to instill a sense of community. The grounds are kept nicely, and I love having a dog park for my two doggos. Any issues we have (which are rare) are resolved in a timely manner, which is awesome.

We have lived at Stonebridge Ranch since 2005. We choose to live here because of location layout of our apartment. We discover all the other reason we like it here after we moved in and had lived here awhile. The amenities, like the pools, fitness center, spa, club house and grounds are the best. I was a resident of Stonebridge Ranch for 3 1/2 years and unfortunately had to terminate my lease due to very unfortunate circumstances.
The property is kept very nicely, and staff is very prompt and courteous. Hopefully once covid is less of an issue, more on-site events and food trucks will come by. Any issues I had with the AC in my unit were resolved within a day and I enjoyed working from home in this complex.
Location is great and you are close to everything.
The only issues I had over the course of my stay was people parking in my parking spot, which they really cannot help.

Stonebridge Ranch is absolutely one of the best places to live. It's luxurious apartment living with great amenities, excellent front office staff who truly care about you as a person, and their maintenance staff is so on point that you don't even realize things are fixed when you get home from a long day because they took care of it for you already! I highly recommend and hope that you consider this place as a premiere place to live in Chandler, AZ!

I love living at Stonebridge Ranch! All of the staff in the front office made this move simple and they have went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable! The maintenance staff is also great, they’re all so nice! The community is beautiful and all of the tenants I have met have been nice as well. So happy we get to call this place home 😊

We have loved our experience at Stonebridge Ranch. Our apartment has been well kept and any maintenance needed is always promptly done. Also, the staff hosts super fun monthly events. They truly make you feel appreciated as residents. The office staff has always gone the extra mile for us and we are grateful to call this place home.
