Yoga Of Energy Flow
Moving towards the winter season, our energy draws in and we prepare to rest inside, in strength and dignity. In this workshop we will work with pranayama, vinyasa, asana, and chanting meditation, in a practice that cultivates inner stillness and helps us plant new and strong seeds that will wait patiently for the spring.

Integrating strength and flexibility training, energy cultivation, and open awareness, Yoga of Energy Flow is a unique and transformative yoga method. We will work with pranayama, vinyasa flow, asana, and Qi Gong, to experience simple but powerful ways to increase and balance the flow of pranic energy through our body, mind, and spirit.

Between you and God, between you, the creation, and the Creator, there is only one link, and that is the breath of life. Pranayama is the control and expansion of life energy through various yogic breathing practices and inner locks. Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, combines a strong pranayama practice with movements, asanas, deep relaxation and chanting meditations to awaken a great power within us, known as kundalini energy.
Our health is dependent on the free flow of pranic life force in our mind, body, and soul. When our meridian pathways are blocked, we experience emotional, physical and even spiritual malaise. But when these pathways are opened, prana - universal life force - flows though us, bringing harmony, lightness, and joy to our being, aligning us with heaven and earth, sun and moon, wind and sky.
Kali Ray TriYoga, founded by master yogini Kali Ray (pictured here with Daniel), is truly a journey "into the flow". It is an elegant, creative and powerful hatha/vinyasa yoga that unites flowing and sustained asanas with a rhythmic breath and a meditative mind, taking the practitioner from warm-up to workout to deep relaxation in one session.
Qigong translates as "life energy cultivation" and utilizes practices that enhance the flow of life force in our bodies. The exercises often involve connecting breath with gentle, circular, flowing movements, bringing suppleness to the body and flexibility to the mind. It is this suppleness that allows the free flow of healing life force (qi) and connects one to authentic being.

I am a Vinyasa yoga teacher and have been teaching workshops and retreats around the world for 20 years. I was honored to be invited to present my workshop, PurePrana, at Anke's studio recently. Anke is a wonderful soul who has worked hard to create something special in her community. I was treated very well by Anke and all the staff at Yogaflow Münster, and her students were a joy to work with! I would definitely enjoy teaching there again :)
