I am a resident here at Turtle Pointe apartments and I love it here. The gym, game room, and pool come in handy. (Especially if you’re very active and have kids). There is even a dog park for our fur babies! Every time I walk into the office I am greeted with a warm greeting and friendly face! I recently relocated to Houston and I lived at this complex for literally ONE WEEK in July of 2021. That’s how terrible the apartments were. Roaches coming up from the sinks & showers. I had my apartment sprayed twice within 6 days and on the 7th day, the issue was still not resolved so I broke my lease. PLEASE do not rent here. They also NEVER pick up the phone or return phone calls.

Lived here for 18 months. Pictures online of this place are old and misleading. It's overpriced even for the location. Management is okay at best. They constantly mishandled my paperwork but are very quick to hand out notice to vacate.
PEST PROBLEM!
It's pretty disgusting now thinking back on this. They have:
1. A few dozen cats roaming around that keep breeding
2. Recently they had a dangerously huge beehive on the side of one of the buildings
3. Mice mice and more mice
4. Large possums all over the place at night
5. I've seen bats flying around in the evening
6. My apartment

If you want you car towed, broken into, property stolen and home broken into stay here. If you want pest problems all through your apartment, poor maintenance jobs, and did I mention your home broken into stay here. Don’t bother going to the management office cause they don’t care. Oh and be careful cause the maintenance people will steal from you.

My experience at Turtle Pointe has been quite comfortable. Superb service by management and office staff, community is friendly and safe. Complex is actively being taken care of to ensure no eye sores are present. Maintenance team are well trained in their work, and provide great work. Noise is minimal, including neighbors, pets, and cars. Overall would recommend this community for a great experience in the area.

I found this apartment in a pinch, thought everything was great until I lived there. Trash everywhere, appliances so out of date, gates always broken, roaches everywhere, theft almost every night. My date of move out was 2/5, paid everything that was owed and was thankfully done with the place. I received a bill for like $44.89, which isn't even that much but beside the point I had asked EVERYTHING that was owed via email cause I couldn't get anyone on the phone, good luck with that. I ask multiple times for what I've paid for and why am I now all of a sudden getting a bill for this

This place has been amazing so far. I cannot vouch for anyone else's experience, but I've been renting a studio apartment since February and the value is insane. Though other places in the area are similarly priced, this place is not only affordable, but well-kept. Maintenance does a fantastic job keeping up with everything. They've recently re-paved the parking lot and lines. They do a good job with making sure that residents are informed and happy.

If you're looking for your next humble abode, let me tell you, this is NOT it! My sister and I moved in in February because you really can't beat the price and the office staff, Sabrina was so helpful and friendly. But this place is a nightmare we're just waiting to escape. Second month here and our AC went out, despite many calls no one came to look at it for TWO WEEKS, ridiculous. And when they finally came to look they said it needed to be replaced. We were told it would be one more week until the new unit arrived. A week later, no word from the office so after calling many times

I moved into this apartment complex just over a year ago and so far it has been a wonderful and pleasant experience living here. I've had a few minor issues, however repairs were speedy and quick. Michelle was kind, courteous, and professional when I moved in and the staff long with the new property manager have shown great customer service!

One of the worst and unsafe places I have ever lived in. We were lied to when we moved in, was given the wrong apartment, then our car was towed the next day because the leasing employee forgot to give it to me. Our upstairs bathroom will one day collapse into the first floor due to plumbing issues, and they won't fix it. I have a loud neighbor who blares loud music at 2 am for no reason. The same next-door neighbor has been arrested by heavily armed swat teams and the apartment manager couldn't care less. The appliances don't work and they don't clean before they give you an

Horrible place to live my suggestion is stay away I’ve been living here for a year in a half and it’s roach capital. My ceiling has a leak and they have not fixed it yet!! Stay away! They put a girl out because she was 10 days late on her rent if you don’t expect life to happen and nothing I stated don’t bother you go for it! Never again

I've been living in this place for almost a month now, and so far it has been an unforgettable experience. The staff is amazing.The manager is always willing to help you in any matter, she is always taking care of the neighbors and their tranquility. I would definitely recommend this place.
