Services
Parking is first come, first served. Each apartment is allotted for 2 vehicles on our off street parking lot. We require that all vehicles parked on the property have current inspection and registration. All residents must keep their vehicle information up-to-date with the Leasing Center. Guest vehicles are welcome, however, we ask that all visitors park away from the buildings, allowing our residents closer parking options.

Stay away from this Apartment, the most disrespectful, unprofessional employees I've ever seen, the maintenance people don't understand the job, when we request an appointment for repair, the maintenance man comes and waits outside, all the lazy maintenance people are here, they make money by filling the hours for free, they don't work, they are lazy, when we complain to the office " we sent a maintenance " he says, but the maintenance doesn't do anything,

I have been living here for 1 year. What you see in the photo is my stove and every time I turn it on, the electricity comes on. Every time I tell the office they send someone to the office and the person comes back doing nothing and says keep your child away from the oven. I asked for the stove to be changed, but they did not change it, saying that the stove was working. I complained to the municipality today, they will come and examine it on Monday. Run! While I lived for 2 months, hot water did not exist. Dirty place. In the apartment I lived in there were malfunctions that I reported via the form. When I moved, the office wanted to charge me for these damages and after I proved that the damages were pre-existing I was informed to be calm, because I had corrected the error. 3 months later I am trying to solve the same problem. I call and talk to people in the office, manage and nobody solves the mistake they made. The unpreparedness of the entire team, from maintenance to management, is deplorable. Run!

First I had no heat, I made a request to fix it and all they did was turn it on and put a note that I need a new thermostat. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. My apartment is stuck being a sauna and all they can say is open your windows. Now my children are sick. I offer to buy one and put it in myself... “no you can’t do that”.
