I been living here for 7 years , 4 years out of the 7 years 3 grills out of 4 grills on the premises have not worked , the 4th grill which was the only one half working stopped working a month ago. The office managers told me in the beginning of the summer they were working on finding someone to fix the grills , well it is the end of August and they are still saying the same thing. I also noticed in the 7 years I lived here the pool has never been emptied nor have the walls and floor of the pool been scrubbed down and cleaned , this complex is 8 years old so that means the pool has not been emptied

I’m happy with my decision of becoming a resident at Laurel Green in Mount Laurel. I have had positive interactions since day one with Brianna and Dana who manage the office and residents.. Both are professional, give quick response times and are always upbeat. I equally have had positive experience with the maintenance team. The (2) I have interactions with a few times are Shane and “Z. Both are professional, respectful and take care of an issue as fast as they can in a neat and effective manner.

Before signing lease please see the actual apartment, hallways are filthy and kept very nasty. You will thank me later.
They spent so much money on the club house they didn't bother to paint and fresh carpet the hallways as much money as you pay when you walk out your apartment it should not look that way at all .

I recently moved into a 1 bedroom in February. The apartment and complex itself is very nice. The office staff and maintenance are also friendly and parking by my building is no problem. However, if you're looking for a quiet place, stay away. When I was touring, the lady told me that the sound insulation was very good -- which is a complete lie. I would even argue that there is no sound insulation at all. I can deal with the thin walls for now, I just don't like being lied to. Noise-wise, it's like you're living in the projects. TVs, walking, talking, karaoke, dogs barking...cheap construction

I have lived here since May of this year. I do love how the grounds are kept immaculate, along with the other amenities and the staff. I do have to say, the walls are thin. My next door neighbors aren’t so bad, it’s the people above me. They walk like water buffalo and the dog is constantly dropping bones and balls on the floor. It’s super frustrating, especially at 6am in the morning or during the work day-remote work and school learning. Photos knocked off the wall and everything shakes. Because of this, I will be moving out when my lease is up, 5 months and counting!

I was locked out one evening and could not enter my building, Other guests smoke on their balconies and the smoke comes into my apartment above. I reported this and the staff did nothing to rectify the situation besides send an email to every resident reminding us about the no smoking policy. The people below me still smoke cigarettes every day. There are residents across the hall that have parties every weekend until early morning (2-3am). They play loud thumping music, yell, slam doors, and go out into the parking lot to smoke (something other than cigarettes) and turn their loud cars on and

I recently moved into Laurel Green and I love living here. Lindsay and Brianna made the move in process stress free. Whenever I call the office, they’re always professional and friendly. The maintenance crew is also great. They respond to your requests within 24 hours. The apartments are beautiful and modern. I feel very safe and the complex is relatively quiet. Residents seem to keep to themselves. The grounds are well maintained as are the common areas. The apartments are also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and major highways. I would definitely recommend Laurel Green to anyone looking

I have lived at Laurel green since April of this year, & I love it here. The entire office staff and maintenance crew are awesome. Prompt response whenever I have put in a maintenance request. My apartment is gorgeous, I only wish that there was more storage room in the bathroom.High end appliances and kitchen cabinets are beautiful. I feel very safe here, & the complex is very quite. I do hear my upstairs neighbor walking around quit a bit, but I think that it is just a matter of getting used to the sounds of others daily living. :) I do wish that others would be a bit more considerate, & hold

I have been living here for almost 2 years at Laurel Green Apartments. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile in regards to helping me with packages, recommendations, and maintenance. The maintenance always responds to my messages in 24 hours and they leave my place neat and tidy with a nice note for completion. The apartment is conveniently located near a shop rite, gym (the apartment gym is nice too) and great places to eat. I would highly recommend living here. :)
