I have been living in the complex for about 3 months now and I would say I have had a good experience overall. The neighborhood is great and the location is perfect for my weekly commute (I am a short 15 min drive to the Woodcrest Station so I can use public transit into the city). I also think the community is very nice and have had no unpleasant encounters with my neighbors thus far. The complex is pet friendly and my cat and dog have had no issues with the accommodations here either.
I think the amenities are fairly good. I use the gym often and I like that there is an accessible grilling area

I have had a really great experience here!! I have never felt unsafe in my apartment, walking outside, or in the parking lot. I have also never had trouble finding parking which is a common problem at many other locations. Walls are pretty sound proof so I rarely hear noises from neighbors either. Great place to live!

Staff is super friendly and there are quite a few amenities included and they are very dog friendly. The reason for only giving them a 4 star rating is because the grounds are kind of dirty (nobody cleans up the loose trash) and the outside of the buildings are dirty because they don't pressure wash. Overall though, this is a great place to live.

Wonderful community. Responsive staff and lovely grounds. The apartments are spacious and nicely organized. Downsides are that parking can be a challenge and sometimes trash gets blown around the lawns and looks messy and some of the light fixtures need attention. But overall, it is a great place to live.

I've been here for two years now and have always had very friendly neighbors and haven't had issues with noise from inside my apartment. The apartment is very nice and I've remained very satisfied. I've only had a few maintenance related issues and they were taken care of same or next day. The staff of this place is amazing and make living here a real pleasure.
