I'm in Northgate Village since a year and I really love it. My apartment is very nice and clean.
The neighbors are very nice and the office workers are great specially the lady which office is in front of the door just when you enter in the office, her name is Keniqua I think,
she is like a responsible for the office, she's very nice,very professional.She's the one who
makes those apartments nice for us.When you have issue, they fix it right away, I'm so happy for that.
The complex is very secure and clean. No noise, no trouble.
I love my apartment.

If I can give more stars I would!!! I've been living at Northgate Village for 1 year, and I am overly satisfied with living here. Everything has been great!! I love the neighborhood and staff!! The office staff is very professional and attentive. The maintenance team do not wait around to fix problem, they have fixed problems in my apartment very fast. The schools are great too!

I will not recommend Northgate to anyone. This place is horrible. The apartment has inserts crawling all over, and they never send the exterminator not one day. Rent goes up every year with no improvement or fixing the issues. I wish I can give NO STARS!!!! I’m so glad I moved out finally!!!! Good luck to anyone who read this and still sign a lease with Northgate.

If I could leave no stars I would. Very poor customer service and dishonest application process. I am full time student and work full time. before filling out the applicatiom i was sure to read ALL fine print to avoidany surprises. It clearly states that co signers are only accepted if a parent cosigns for a child or vice versa. I had my father cosign & was told only AFTER paying the NONREFUNDABLE application fee that co signers only work if you are a full time student or retired parent, conveniently it said NOTHING of this in the fine print. (3.75 rating) I’m coming up on a year living at Northgate. I have a one bedroom upstairs. For a young, working individual, this place has been pleasant. I love the location and quietness of the neighborhood. Haven’t had any major problems other than the normal appliance issues but maintenance has been great with timely responses and repairs. Ms. Cathy in the front office has been helpful as well. If there is any issue it would be the increase in rent but other than that, I couldn’t have picked a better place to live for my first apartment.

Outdated, small medicore apartments. I've lived here for a few years now. The apartment and appliances are pretty outdated. Rent when we first moved in was $850 for a 1 bedroom and has raised over $50 each year since. There is no central air, just air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. There is no energy saving option on the air conditioning units so our energy bill is usually over $200 a month in the summer, if we don't want to die from heat stroke. There is also no ceiling fans or ceiling lighting. And in the winter, there's baseboard heating which is pretty inconsistent. The

The company that bought this complex is a bunch of jerks. We lived there for two years we paid our rent on time, our apartment was left in pristine condition, there were never any problems ever on our end. The company had thirty days to return our security deposit and literally waited until thirty days to even mail it out. And when I called to ask them about it they were the biggest jerks. The apartments aren't anything to rave about, you can't sit on your front porch, there's no pool, and no balcony on the second floor apartments. Kids play in the street the entire day bouncing balls off of cars

I have been a resident for many years and the complex is basically quiet. Great snow removal and the grounds are well kept. We do not have a pool but we do have a basketball court and a playground for children. There is a well kept laundry facility in the complex.
There is a new manager and she is very polite and outgoing, listens to your issue and does make you feel comfortable when talking to her and
helps in resolving your problem. I haven't had many maintenance problems and when I did they were handled and resolved quickly. The other thing I like to say is the school district is the best
