I wish I could give less than 1 star. Nothing works in the apartment. The old refrigerator broke down three to four times. We are without refrigerator over 10 days now for the second time. The apartment people are so cheap that they do not even take any complains seriously! Our washer and dryer are not working since we moved in and we hand wash everything or go out to do our laundry. A maintenance guy did come and took the picture and said we will replace it. It was 6 months ago and of course no one followed up. When I called and complained again, we were told that the problem was resolved without

Hello everyone, all the complaints tht u r reading r legit, i wish i cud hv believed before making a move. I don’t knw hw to say, coz i can write a book on these ppl, hw ignorant they are.Maintenance is a joke here. I had plenty of issues dealing with these ppl. They handover me the keys 13 day’s after the actual move in date, talking abt some silly door replacement reasons and they informed me 2 day’s before when i called them to ask about the time to pickup the keys.Apartment was so dusty and dirty, Power outlet’s are loose, kitchen cabinets in ICU.AC works but no cooling, heater works

Will not disclose how you were denied apartment!! I applied for a unit knowing that I had less than perfect credit. Manager would not even have the decency to call me and let me know my application was denied!! I had to call him just to find out my application was denied. Also refused to sent me information on what caused me to be denied as well. If you dont have perfect credit save yourself the $35 application fee and apply somewhere else. YOU WILL BE SORRY!

This place is the absolute worst. It’s own by Ajhmanagement! Before you lease here, make sure you do your research and look them up! They have been reported to the Township of Mount Laurel several times. They also have better business reports. They use there location to trick people into leasing from them. They don’t want to repair anything. They will give your the run around until your so frustrated you give up and if you ask to speak to upper management or corporate, you will never speak to them.

We previously lived here for a year and let me tell you. We have lived in 4 different complexes and summit has been by far the best one. In fact we moved in once again this year. Very very quiet apartments. You can’t hear ur neighbor through the walls like most complexes. Dog park is always maintained. Very happy to be back at summit.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! The leasing office staff is always so kind whenever we have questions or concerns. The maintenance department is always quick and prompt if there's any small issues we need help with. Love that they have weekly landscaping as well as keeping our complex beautiful.

Excellent place. I have lived there for just over a year and only moved out for relocation for work. Great, clean apartments with a community that is immensely friendly and safe. Remy at the leasing office has been a consistently helpful and professional property manager who I couldn't recommend more. The maintenance people were always happy to go above and beyond as well, I had an awesome time living here and I can confidently say this is my favorite apartment I've had yet.

I moved to Summit Apartments and I am completely satisfied with my new home(: It’s so nice to sit on my deck, and see the beautiful landscape done and clean environment. My apartment was so clean when I moved in. The employees there are always so helpful and make you feel truly at home. I have not had any problems yet, just a light bulb needed to be change. The maintenance guy came right over and changed! If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live come here!

Everything written in past reviews are right. Moved in recently and I am now having the same issues and more. Apartments are dirty. They do not clean the apartments before you move in. My lights didn't even work when I moved in. Appliances are dirty and old in an upgraded apartment. The pictures you see online, those apartments do not exist. You will not receive anything like that. Dirty window seals. Moldy bathroom smells. Dirt in your washing machine. Cheap paint on the walls. The grounds are only kept up in the front for show. Make sure you drive around the whole complex. Lived at Summit apartments for 3 years. Only moved cause my wife and I bought a house. From the property mgr down to the maintenance guys everyone is super friendly. More importantly whenever there is an issue it's taken care of promptly. The apartments and property are maintained very well. We had a 3rd floor in the back with a great view of the woods. Excellent price compared to the other apartments in Mount laurel.

Read the reviews very thoroughly. If I can give them 0 stars I would. They bamboozle you into thinking you are getting one apartment and give you something nothing like what they sold you on. You don't get to see the apartment you put a deposit on until you move in. Its a complete mess. They sold me an upgrade and gave me a down grade with upgrade prices. . they lied so bad that they had to modify the website because it wasn't matching up with what they were telling me. Be careful. I was debating on putting up a review but I don't what happened to me and others to happen to someone else.

Be very careful with this apartment community. The most recent five-star reviews in 2018 on their advertising sites were written by management/staff. I don't know many tenants who are happy with Summit. The apartments are not cleaned and prepped properly and have really bad odors that they are not equipped to remedy effectively. Once they get you in as a tenant, they are not very attentive to fixing issues timely and properly. Office staff is pleasant, but do not have the means to follow through. Think twice before moving in!

These people refuse to give back security deposits. They LIED to my father, who is an attorney, and said my check got mailed back to their office. If that is the case, why can't I just walk into their leasing office, which is a stone's throw away from my new condo, and get "said" returned check?
Property manager refuses to return email...when I went physically into the office, the leasing agent said she wasn't able to look up "that kind of information". I lived here for 2 years. I moved out almost 5 months ago. I mean, what is the problem?
