After applying for a rental property, paying for the background check, and getting approved I was sent an email confirmation of the lease signing. The email stated that I must provide renters insurance, transfer the utilities into my name prior to the lease start date due to the January 1st holiday, and overnight the security deposit to Pro Property Management immediately after the lease signing on December 16th. None of these details were mentioned prior to Pro Property Management requiring me to pay for the background check. I called to discuss these things, since I had never encountered them

I rented from Pro Property Management back in 2018/2019 and they were one of the best companies I’ve ever rented from. The housing was modern and kept in good repair. The ladies who work in the office were always responsive if I needed anything and were able to troubleshoot solutions if an emergency ever came up, even if it was after hours. Very professional and attentive!

We rented from pro property for over 3 years. The team was awesome and returned our security deposit. They were always good about being in touch with us. whenever we had any repairs they were easy to talk to and took care of us right away. We would rent from them again if we move back to Loveland.

Pro Property Management is fantastic. I have had 3 property management companies and I hold 2 active real estate licenses. However, I choose to have Pro Property Management take care of my five leases. Completely on the ball, organized, systematized, efficient, etc. Super professional. Pro Property Management has her fees set in a manner that makes the most sense to a landlord. Simply outstanding...worth every penny I pay!
