So this is a pretty terrible company if your a renter. Don’t expect your security deposit back, or at least be ready to go to court for it. Be prepared to be charged for any and everything. They charged me for my girlfriend being there when they stopped by. I called and told them she’s just my girlfriend and doesn’t live there. And they asked to see a copy of the lease at the place she does live. I said I can provide bills from her address, but I’m not going to show you third party legal documents involving another company and person that has nothing to do with me, or your company.

We got fined by the company for something that we think wasn't our fault. We have called and emailed them many times (5 emails and 7 phone messages) very kindly asking questions so we can get this resolved amicably. They have only ever responded once and ignored all our questions, just demanded money. Today they posted a letter to our door (we were home but they didn't knock so we couldn't ask our questions) upping the price and threatening eviction if we don't pay.

By far the worst management company to rent from. They will charge you for everything, whether it it was your fault or not. They are thieves, who like to take all of your security deposit. Charge you for changing the locks when you move out... Umm its your house, your property, it is your responsibility to change those to insure the safety of your home. I have posted a bad review several times and "somehow, magically" it continues to get deleted. Travis and Erin Griffin are the worst. Random home visits to "Check" things. I had a huge review posted on what they did to my husband and I while living

I want to give Advantage 5 stars. I am looking for a property management company to help rent out my house and I called Advantage to get some information. Left a voicemail and within minutes I had received a very friendly phone call from one of their employees. They got me all set up with some information and emailed it over. Upon learning my address, it turns out they don't service my town. But even though I am not able to do business with them I still feel they earned a five star rating. Every one I emailed/ spoke with was friendly, helpful and they even did some research for me once finding

These people have the empathy of a walnut. Overpriced, little to no help when faced with THEIR homes problems, even have some discriminatory leasing terms, “no curry” in one of the leasing agreements??? Even had a MAJOR family emergency and was not allowed one extra hour to vacate. Truly do not know how these people sleep at night.

I would NOT recommend renting from Advantage Property Management. From the beginning, I received unprofessional communication from Travis. I knew things felt weird and I even called him and speaking to him on the phone was even worse. He wasn't trying to get our business and acted like he never cared about renting to us.
Then I searched for reviews of this property management and I am SO glad I did! They are horrible!

They did a pretty good job managing someone's property, but as a renter, I would not rent anything from them again. The main reason is that the lease agreement was very stiff for the renter and super protective for the landlord \ agency. It had a big list of what is prohibited including charging for some wear and tear.
I consider myself a good renter: I do not have pets, do not smoke, do not crack parties, and treat rented property very gently. I have spent 3 days cleaning the property before moving out. But even in the best scenario, you do not have any chance to end the lease without extra charges

If you like dealing with an absolute dictatorship of an company that will charge you for everything, then you found the perfect property management company. On the first day of moving in the AC unit was broken and leaked in the restroom. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution we were told that it was out fault even though it was our first time going into the apartment. Advantage should look into hiring people who actually are interested in working rather than workers that are incompetent and lazy. Erin Griffin if you read this message please let it be a reminder that you are absolutely

This is the worst management company that I have ever dealt with. They look to make money off of you any way they can. They provide damaged units and charge you to fix those units after you’re settled in, and they are not responsive unless they specifically need something from you. Erin doesn’t know how to handle any sort of human interaction with tenants. Every interaction felt programmed and not genuine. I hope this company figures it out, but in the meantime, choose anything other than Advantage Property Management!
