Well good cover but that is another lie! You towed my car in June. I didn't move out until August..and my car went with me. You also lied & said you had to make a dump run after my place. We all know you guys always put everything (Including furniture) in the dumpsters!! See it all the time there! Bunch of liars!! Greedy!

I lived at lakemont for about 2yrs and it was the best renting experience ever. If we had a problem, they fixed it the day of or the day after. Me and my roommates got into a tight spot and they worked with us extensively. Never had a problem with management. My wife and i had just moved into another property they manage and it is perfect for us. Thank you guys for being an outstanding property management company. Ill recommend to everyone.

They are the worst company in northern Colorado to work with. They completely mislead my family and deceived us into a property that was mice or rat infested. They told us we can find a different place and would not be charged. The "on site property manager" even told us they knew about the problem that is why they had traps all around the property and in the horrible place they call the basement. I am calling the city of Loveland code enforcement and Health Department on them. I am even calling the city engineers to look at the foundation resting on rocks. From there if we don't get our deposit

I love this company. They're reasonable, caring for tenants and always have great management. Ashley is very sweet and understanding. I've lived here now twice with a little RV living escape for about a year in between and i think they've actually really improved what with all new windows and a fresh parking lot. I miss Dawn but Ashley was perfect to fill her spot! Brian is a very easy going and hard working maintenance worker. This has been a good home even if it's a transition to bigger things.

Simply the best place to live! We love it here and the management and Maintenance are top notch! We love how this place is managed and how the owners are incredible and they put the residents 1st! They do not seem to have their tenants best interests in mind. The apartment we rented from them was bug and snake infested, and had the oldest windows imaginable (one was even nailed shut). We were out of time to find a place so we took it. And not only that, but the upstairs neighbors were evil to us from day one. They entered our apartment without notice and took complaints from the awful neighbors without ever asking our side. Every time we had a maintenance problem we were straight up ignored. Snakes, leaks, violence from the awful neighbors, they did not care. And when they notified us that

If I could give NO stars, I would. Their leasing contract is so convoluted and unclear. All they strive to do is search for ways to take from your deposit and incur more charges onto your monthly rent for the most ridiculous reasons. The apartment we moved into near Eisenhower and Wilson, stunk of old cat litter and had the dirtiest carpet one could imagine, yet we were told the carpet was just cleaned. Due to our urgency to move in to a new place at that time, we took it as just a sacrifice we'd have to make. We lived there a year, and bought a carpet cleaner to try to clean the carpet and relieve

In my opinion the best rental/leasing company in the entire Front Range! I definitely love my apartment complex but Dawn & Dylan at the leasing office are incredibly easy to work with, understanding and very responsive. If I need anything a quick call or e-mail is all it takes and they get back to me ASAP. At other leasing offices, I went days and sometimes weeks without a response, especially if I didn't make a point of bugging them. If you want a property management company that will work with you & be up front with you, Armada is the way to go.
