Moved to the Dayton area in Spring 2021 and for months we looked for the “perfect” place that suited us financially & economically. Unfortunately, we were on the wait list for about 5 months, but once we got moved in & settled, it was totally worth the wait.
Office management is very friendly & polite.
Maintenance is always prompt & efficient.
Scenery from the balcony is very beautiful & the property is well maintained.
However, I do wish the appliances & carpet (our carpet has missing patches upon move in) were updated more frequently considering the amounts paid for a lease. Regardless

I lived here for a year after returning to the area. The apartments were very nice, and the pool was great. The worst part were the neighbors who decided to fight and make VERY loudly. I did feel the apartment management could have done a bit more, but they eventually ask them to leave.

I'm sure some people have bad experiences from time to time, but I honestly don't see what some people have been complaining about, especially about management staff. Mindy, Jillyn and Sarah in the office have ALWAYS been very polite and personable with my wife and I but still remain business professional at the same time.
The two maintenance guys have always been very willing to help in the very few times I've needed them. Any problems I've ever reported they've almost always taken care of same day within the hour and in only a select couple times did they need to come back later in the day or

The two stars surprises me. I have lived here a few months now. I stop in the office often to pick up packages, everyone is always polite. I’ve had a couple minor problems in the apartment and maintenance has been prompt and polite. I find the area to be quiet, neighbors so far are courteous. Grocery shopping is very close. No complaints.

I have really enjoyed living in my apartment here. The location was perfect- a 1 minute drive to the grocery, I could walk across the road to get to Thomas Cloud park, and it is only 15 minutes from the mall. The pool was great in the summer, the maintenance staff was always very kind and prompt when an issue arose, and the office personnel were always friendly and greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. There are little doggy stands with baggies provided to keep the complex free and clear of poo, which I thought was a great idea. I love how peaceful it was living here and I always felt safe

First off, the management is extremely rude, always and for no reason. They are "welcoming" up until signing your lease. Once you reside here they treat you as bothersome. The maintenance employees are also exceptionally rude. When something isn't right in the apartment they act annoyed to actually have to do their job and treat you in a condescending manner. They also shoot at the wildlife that the pond attracts. Here's a tip, don't put a pond in the middle of your apartment community if you're going to harm the animals it naturally attracts? This is the furthest place from a "community." It's

Management can be rude. maintenance workers act like we are lucky to be staying there when asked about anything.living there isn't bad but residents and the employees are very unpleasant. not a very welcoming community. the Kroger's right next to the apartments attract Dayton residents. not the good kind either. you have to worry about your vehicles and also your bedroom window faces the parking lot. so if your on the bottom floor you have to constantly leave your blinds shut unless you want someone seeing you sleep. like I said not an awful place to live, every apartment complex has their issues
