Links Apartments

After being here a year with no problems, my apartment has flooded 6 times in a month with no results. All of my furniture is being ruined and maintenance keeps knocking stuff off the walls and breaking it. I'm positive by now there's mold in the walls considering this has been happening for almost two months now. Used to be a great place to live and if it changes I'll change my review but until then no chance.

Beautiful property! Serene location, friendly staff, generous room sizes and closets. Love the pool and updated kitchens!!!

The new management team at The Links has made a great difference. They send in reinforcements from other apartment communities if needed and can get support from the corporate office to help solve problems.

The apartment people said they would fix the problems when we moved in. Doors off hinges a screenless window, ripped floor, scratched walls, and a door that leads outside leaking underneath, the messed up plumbing issues and the ROACHES!! FOR OVER A YEAR! weve been moving out for a month havent been staying. Our last day to make sure we have everything we come back and theyre are SQUATTERS IN THE APARTMENT! They were nice let us grab our things and we left. There were feces and trash everywhere. I asked them how they got in and they said the window and pointed to the screenless window in the livingroom

Rats everywhere and 2 feet of leaves behind the building at all times. also a homeless man living in the laundry room.

This apartment complex is a JOKE. From the month I moved in until the month I moved out, it was constantly something. My first week in my apartment I had to ask twice for my apartment to be sprayed for bugs because I continuously saw roaches in there. Next, the amount of water leaks that I had occur was honestly kind of baffling. It felt like a joke after the fourth time filing a complaint. My own personal bath towels were used to clean the mess up by maintenance and were left in my tub to be cleaned. After months of continous leaks, I noticed that I was often feeling sick and later had the apartment

Well, did you even check why I couldn’t sign the lease and even get tour to apartment? Please check on that. Even after month of calling and emailing no one there to answer. Update your website and do not put available if it is really not available. May be its a good idea to get deposit and application fees.

I’ve been living here for a little over a month now and I couldn’t be happier. The neighborhood is quiet with the sounds of birds, no noisy neighbors, the surroundings are BEAUTIFUL and every request we’ve had has been answered with an eagerness that I’ve never seen at any other apartment that I’ve lived in. The staff are SUPER nice ( just ask for Rene ! ) and the apartment is beautiful. It’s close to downtown, minutes away everything. So worth it !

I saw very bad review about Link apartment and it’s management but I ignored it and went ahead and booked (approved and payed in advance), stayed in hotel for weeks waiting for move in date. I got call two days before move in date and they said current talent does not want to leave. Really? I mean Really??? They said they would give me deposit back and not other charges. Again really? I have been waiting for refund over 20 days now. No one answering call and no one in the office.
So ignore this review and go ahead and experience yourself.
