Nice place to live, other than my neighbor’s dog that wakes up the entire complex every night with its incessant barking. If you live in Building E on the first or second floor and own the furry bullhorn, please, for the love of god, HANDLE THE SITUATION BETTER. Your neighbors hate you. Sincerely, a dog lover (just not your dog).

I had been looking for an apartment in Tempe for a couple weeks before I came across Harper. It is a beautiful property with all of the amenities I was looking for in an apartment complex. My tour was with Isabella and she found the perfect unit that matched all my requirements. Not to mention she was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Harper.

I have spoken with Isabella several times and she is always so friendly and kind. She is always able to help me quickly with whatever I'm needing. She is my go to person in the office! The apartments also have great amenities, the grounds are well kept and the apartments are really nice for what you pay. I would recommend to live here.

While we didn’t rent here, I wanted to share our experience at Harper. We toured with Isabella, and the amenities are great. I love that there’s a dog park! We let Isabella know that we were going to take our time with selecting an apartment. I really appreciate that she said that we should make the best decision for us, whether that be here or there. She was friendly and understanding. If pricing was a little lower, we probably would have rented. We’ll always keep Harper in mind for the future.

Visited this place last week and the two managers Jennifer and Isabella were able to greet us and show us around and this is a very nice apartment complex. Nice amenities, with updated interiors. As a craftsman, this is something I can appreciate. Plus, it’s around a lot more than we figured. Definitely one of our favorite places.

Going on 2 years living here, beautiful complex yet worst experience i've ever had, the communication between the office and any updates are terrible, for the month of October we were all over charged , yet told a month later the day rent was due , with no regard on how this would effect us financially , i've never been late with rent ever , we pay for all electricity/ water in the amenities when they've been shut down . Gates, Lockers rarely work, when trying to talk to the office, they are very dismissive.

I stopped by the property and was able to view a couple of models. I loved the energy in the office. Shirae gave me a tour and answered all the questions I had and made me feel very welcomed. The property looks very well maintained. I’m very happy that this will be my new home.

Steer clear. I lived here very briefly and it was a big headache. I wanted to like Harper as they have a very pretty property, but bottom line, everything is skewed to separate you from your money rather than provide a fair living arrangement.
Pool furniture was gross and smeared with ice cream or worse.
Dumpster is often overflowing, hope you don't live on the side where it's your view.
Parking is a nightmare. I was assigned a few buildings away from where I lived and my guests had no where to park and were completely confused re: how to find me as were all delivery person

Not ok sign anywhere else but here, (Before signing lease just ask the lease manager to take you on a tour of a different building. The apartment and building that they showed me is super clean and organized. Not to mentioned that they changed the model that we were suppose to get last minute. I would go in a week before your move in date and just have them show you the unit or confirm the floor model that you are

Beautiful place. Nice amenities. Main problem I have is the mail system. Receiving packages is a huge problem here. Secondly, this place is a huge target for thieves. People will break in garages and cars here. They do not have security patrolling these open lots. So it's easy pickings. The front office will tell you sorry and file a police report so anything gone is gone.

When people say don't live here. Believe them... if music bumping at all hours of the night, partying college kids, people who don't know how to park within their lanes, packed parking all the time, people parking in your space, drunk people yelling at all times of the night sounds good to you then by all means this is the place for you. Everyone we met here at harper has now moved out and not renewed their lease.
It was absolutely horrible dealing with the people here at all hours of the night. Having to be woken up by someone screaming and walking down the apartments was the breaking

I've been a resident of Harper for 2 years.
Yes the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are kept well and the pool is gorgeous.
But in every apartment complex you have your trash and your poor reviews about management.
Harper is no different than ANY OTHER complex.
During the summer the pool is straight up trash garbage.
I have seen naked women dancing on the bar with everything hanging out.
Yep, pool full of kids, family's and everything. FAMILY PICNIC'S GOING ON People have no common decency. Offensive LOUD LOUD LOUD music playing. Completely

I haven't received three of my package for several days. If this apartment can get a zero score, I will definitely. Why is your locker always broken? Doesn't require maintenance? Why do I always lose packages? Especially during the Covid period, some daily necessities are not available. I am really disappointed. If you want to stay with friends, please think clearly about whether you need to shop online. Then you have to be prepared to never receive the package. This is a huge problem. Think about it before you move to Harper.

Just moved in about 6 months ago, the apartments themselves have a great design with a nice pool and gym but aside from that i would not recommend moving here. Maintenance requests are rarely addressed, it takes weeks to get anything fixed and things are always breaking. Refrigerator not working, air conditioning not working and it takes them at least a day to get back to me when my food has spoiled and even longer to come and fix it- very upsetting. They're not attentive to customer needs and I've read other reviews and it doesn't seem like they're doing anything to change

I do not recommend Harper! I lived there for almost 2 years and the new management company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Management does not speak with customers, they will only communicate by email. We had a rat in our apartment and had to escalate the situation due to a lack of response. We lived with the rat for over a month! Many more negatives even though the building is newer and looks nice .

The new management is awful, and they have no urgency to take care of the residents. I truly loved the Harper until the new management took over. A friend of mine put me down as a referral, and when I reached out to them a couple of times (6 months now), they finally tell me they have no proof of this and cannot honor it. It's ridiculous, and especially for a resident who's finishing the 3rd year with them. They could care less to make sure they get a renewal, but would rather say NO to the referral credit of ($500) lol. I will definitely be putting my 60 days, ASAP!

During a worldwide pandemic, Harper now refuses to put a hold/reduction on mine and my roommates rent after losing our jobs. They offered an extension for part of our April rent, but still expect us to pay our May and June rent. How can a complex owned by a corporation that is receiving government assistance not help tenants who have lost their source of income during a pandemic? We have no plans to re-sign our lease here. Very disappointing and scary knowing we may get evicted simply because we lost our jobs due to unforeseen circumstances.

I have lived here for 2 years and I still currently do. Ever since they got bought by a new company, things have gone downhill. They have the worst payment set up for rent. My card never works even though there is plenty of money in my account. I have set up auto payments every month and they never go through. then I end up getting a "5 day notice" on my door because I didn't pay, even though I have automatic payments???
Also, the front never answers the phone. I have called so many times, it goes straight to voicemail. And currently their other phone number listed said their out
