I lived on the upper floor and I started smelling something really sweet smelling and I figured it was the drains or sewer. It went on for about 12 days and it was getting worse day by day so I mentioned to the manager that I had noticed newspapers piling up in the apartment below me and asked her to check it out because I figured maybe somebody died but she never did go check it out and finally the dip s*** maintenance guy open the door and there was a dead body !!!So I had smelled a rotting corpse for over 2 weeks and no apologies. I should have sued. And also the maintenance guy thinks he owns

I lived at the Austin Apartments for 3 years, I loved my apartment so much! For being my first apartment it was everything I needed, spacious, good management, quiet! I am also a single female that was living alone, and I loved the privacy and the fact I felt safe! I would like to mention that I think that the cooling system needs a little more attention. The AC worked but I still had to buy an extra fan to keep cool enough in the summer. Also, there is not a recycling trash bin, which really isn't that big of a deal but I am a tree hugger so it is being mentioned.

My husband and I have lived at the Wyoming Place Apartments for over a year now and we absolutely love it! We’ve been lucky to have nice neighbors (for the most part!), it’s a pretty quiet area, the staff is extremely helpful and nice, it’s located in an area we love, and we love our spacious one bedroom. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking into apartments. The outside looks a little bit old, but once you’re inside it’s quite nice! It’s also pretty affordable compared to other places.

I moved into Wyoming Place in February 2020. Before moving in I noticed that it was occasionally difficult to get ahold of the office, they never seemed to answer the phone and it would sometimes be a day between email replies. I brushed it off as the price was right and the apartments seemed nice and I'm usually a very self-sufficient person. As the move-in date approached I made it known multiple times that I wanted to see the apartment before move-in. Having worked in property management it was important to me to make sure the apartment was what I thought it would be before picking up the

I have placed a worker last week with Shauna the Property Manager on Thursday regarding a slow drainage in the bathroom sink. She informed me that the maintenance guy will be there the following day to fix the issue. 5 days later, no sign of any maintenance person coming to fix the issue. As of now, I have a clogged sink in the bathroom. Once again, I have address this issue with Shauna and I was told “Maintenance guy is gone for today...I’ll have the guy fix it first thing tomorrow morning.” It’s a disappoint on how the lack of work the complex has to offer to its renters.

I'm moving out soon after a year here, but I love my actual apartment. However, I rarely feel super safe. It shouldn't be a terrible part of town, but this complex has brought in more police presence than there should be. I've overheard plenty of domestic disputes, have had my next door neighbor try to get broken into which brought police, as well as him needing to defend his apartment with a shotgun. Not something I want happening next to me. It's a shame because this place could be really nice. Definitely needs upgraded kitchens for as much as rent has gone up for a new lease. Management also

I moved into these apartments in the beginning of February and I told the maintenance men that it smelt like mold in some of the cabinets across from the sink. He came to check it out and told me that he didn't smell anything. I used to help my parents flip houses so I am very familiar with the smell of mold. I let it slide, however, and wondered why I was so sick while I lived there. I went to the urgent care 3 times in the 1.5 months I lived in this complex. We liked this complex for the spacious apartment for a good price. It was nice for a while until we realized how sketchy the complex is. There's always random people walking around and the cops are there about once a month. Recently, we had to call the cops in the middle of the night because the neighbors above us were screaming and crying.
The ladies in the office are nice and we like the size of our apartment, but it can be a creepy place to live.

I've been living in Wyoming Place Apts for 10 months now and everything was find until the maintenance man junkie step son moved in and started stealing everyone cars who stay here . I wouldn't recommend living here unless you got full coverage on your vehicle . Also I plan on doing a background check on the maintenance man , his step son , and anyone else who's on the lease . The tenants claim these people are all thieves and convicted felonies . If these allegations are true , I'm certain you don't want them to have the keys or access to your apartment . Smdh

I am recently moving out of this apartment complex after a 2 year stay with them. I originally rented from them due to the complex being close to my place of employment as well as in walking distance of grocery stores. Not to mention the pricing was very affordable for my current lifestyle. I was a quiet tenant that paid my rent either on time or early every month. I kept to myself and caused no trouble during my stay.
